Halibut was outstanding. Cocktail and spirit choices limited but quite understanding based on location. Service was great. A little loud but overall great experience

My ribeye had great flavor and cooked just right. My husband loved the halibut. The creme brulee was fantastic.

We waited and waited for our waiter after being seated. Waited so long to get our drink order we considered going to the bar and get it ourselves. Waiter forgot part of our food order which we subtracted from the bill. Steak was cooked to order. Three asparagus stalks some barely cooked carrots and mashed potatoes accompanied the steak. The prices are on the high side. Fortunately for this place it’s got a captive group of cruise ship vacationers so they may not care.

Food was very lackluster with the exception of the halibut morsels. The burger was pre-formed and menu described it as “wagyu”—was basically fast food burger. Wife had filet and it was okay. Service was very slow but very nice.

The service was beyond exceptional! And the food was some of the best we’ve ever eaten. We had the beef tenderloin with Bearnaise sauce and could almost cut it without a knife. Loved everything about it and highly recommend!

We had low expectations for a restaurant that is part of a resort complex. Yet, this place was fantastic! Best steaks I have had in years. Great desserts. Wonderful service. They are hitting it out of the park!

Food was very flavourful with generous portions. Wait time was acceptable. The only criticism would exist in the stoic demeanor of the wait staff - not rude or discourteous but, not welcoming either; I think due to their fatigue. I would strongly recommend Canyon Steakhouse.

Never offered a beverage. Potatoes were hard, other veggies were ho-hum. Apple tart was good. Never heard of potatoes and other veggies in a bisque before. Chowder, yes, but not a bisque. Service was spotty, people arriving after us were served way before us.

Bone in Rib-eye steaks were cooked to medium rare perfection. Halibut bites were delicious and Skye’s cocktails were on point!

We ate there twice during our stay at Denali and both were wonderful experiences. First, we were in the bar and the full menu was available. Secondly with reservation in the dining room. Both had exemplary service. We recommend reservations.

OK place to eat given the limited number of places available within walking distance of accommodations. Reservations are a must and while I was disappointed in the New York, the Top Sirloin was fabulous. They knew it was a birthday celebration evening but there was no acknowledgement whatsoever; bar was crazy busy and short staffed. Didn't receive the drinks we ordered but things were corrected quickly and apologies received. Actually wish we would have gone to the nice restaurant over at the Princess location instead - oh well, we were full when we left.

The food was subpar. The dividing walls were covered in dust. I wiped down the ones near me so I did not have to look at the dust as I ate. I gave the tissue with all the black dust to the girl at the front. Some of the staff needs to smile and be friendlier.

The bacon wrapped scallops, house salad & petite tenderloin were all delicious and well prepared. I definitely recommend reservations. There are many large tour groups at Denali and this is not a large restaurant. Still, the staff were cool under pressure and the dinner was very, very good.

We had to halibut nuggets and a seared salmon for appetizers and they were fabulous. We had the bone-in ribeye which was wonderful and Alaskan salmon which was absolutely delicious. Service was wonderful

Best steak we have had in the last month but..... This restaurant is attached to a Holland America Lodge and next to the Princess Denali Lodge. The night we had reservations, they were out of oyster appetizers and ribeye steaks at 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. I suspect that they are at the "end of the season" and are not adequately restocking supplies. Our waitress tried her best.

Our waiter, Brian, was abrupt and rude. When we asked to speak to the manager, she was equally rude and said she did not appreciate that we were criticizing her wait staff!! We cannot rate the food because we were so appalled at at her reaction to our complaints that we decided to leave, food untouched.

The food was excellent and we received great service. The restaurant is located in a busy area and all seating is open area, including where we were seated. It was rather noisy, especially for a more upscale restaurant.

Fantastic place and food! Service was fantastic! The bacon wrapped scallops can’t be beat! Just can’t say enough, If we get back again, we will definitely eat here!!
