Camden Spit & Larder, a modern London-inspired eatery, in Downtown Sacramento on Capitol Mall. Chef Oliver Ridgeway showcases the pristine ingredients of the surrounding region with its bold design, bustling bar scene, and prime private dining facilities. Camden is comfortable yet elevated. We are located just a few blocks from the Capitol and Convention Center and just steps from the Golden 1 Center. This is the perfect place to dine pre-show or concert. It provides an air of exclusivity, behind two-way mirrors, while giving a glimpse intothe restaurant.We can seat parties of up to 20 people at one large table, 32 people at four tables of 8 guests, or a standing reception of up to 50 people.

The food and service were truly outstanding for a busy Mother's Day brunch. Our meals arrived together and were exactly the way we ordered them. The service was terrific. Our server was kind and attentive. This was our first brunch at Camden Spit and Larder. Hands-down, it was the best we've ever had.

We had a great meal celebrating our daughter’s 15th birthday! Could not have asked for better food, service or ambience. Throughly enjoyed every aspect to our dinner. We will be coming again!

Very accommodating for all of special requests. Such a gorgeous space. You walk in the the door and you just know you are on for an amazing dining experience. Super creative menu.The food and service were spot on as it has been on every visit.

Really excellent food and drink. Made even better by excellent service - our server Kristina worked her magic and Chef Oliver even sent over some cod goujons and chips for us when they were sold out of the full fish and chips. Super nice of them!

Mostly a good experience for our first visit to CL&S. Though we don't usually eat this early, we had just finished a donor event at the Crocker, so we made a reservation for 5:00. Our meal was good. My girlfriend loved her lamb shanks. My pasta dish was good but not very hot. Shortly before 6:30, after our meal and as we were finishing our wine, we were told we needed to vacate our table immediately and move to the bar to make way for another reservation - even though another table for 2 was still vacant next to our table. Staff was friendly in letting us know, but that still damaged the experience of a relaxing dinner. If you need us to limit our time at dinner, you should probably let us know in advance (or give us more two minutes' notice of the need to vacate our table), or direct us to a table that won't be in any immediate demand.

Great place for a dinner date! Will definitely return. Service was top notch. Food was delicious. Only thing is beef tartar had a little weird egg/mousse that didn’t go together. Otherwise great dining options! Well worth it
