Transport yourself into a magical fairytale and prepare for an unforgettable experience. For our savory menu, we offer a lunch and dinner featuring some traditional dishes as well as our signature quiche and chicken salade. Our menu changes seasonally and everything on our menu is house made from scratch daily with our commitment to the highest quality and ingredients. Our full bar offers signature cocktails, Champagne and beer. Delicious three-layer cakes, as well as cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts fill our elegantly designed display case and are served daily. Gwendolyn's Cake Bake Shop's have become the destination of Indianapolis for celebrating all life's special occasions.

    My husband was so mad that I cancelled St. Elmo’s for “some good cake” but even he was impressed. The dinner was delicious, the server was above and beyond and the ambiance was everything my 8 year old wanted for her birthday. She felt like a princess. The slide of cake was expensive, but the most delicious thing I’ve had. Great experience.

    Beautiful place for special occasions or the feel of Europe. Great presentation but visibly noted tiredness if servants and some mistake in order/running out of deserts. Regardless, still highly recommend for experience.

    Always happy with our Cake Bake Experience! The staff is incredible, helpful, and timely. We loved our patio seating so much! We even received to go water cups from our kind waitress, which was above and beyond!

    Service and food are amazing. Every detail is taken care of. The food is delicious. All we tried was cooked to perfection. Service is great even though it was full. Recommended for a special occasion.

    We drove 3 hours to enjoy for my granddaughter's birthday. Our server,Lena (sp), was wonderful and made our experience. I will be bringing all my granddaughters soon.

    The cake was kind of hard and not worth the money. The waitress charged my card to the wrong table. We were placed by the bathroom and had constant traffic around us to and from the bathroom and kitchen. Someone was sat at a table next to us and then promptly asked to be moved because there were 2 children at my table and next to where they were placed. I more or less felt in the way with my kids when we went to treat them for their birthdays. I will not be taking them back. I appreciate the host asking them if they’d like balloons before we left and she was very kind to them on our way out. It definitely did not feel as magical as it looks.
