Childhood friends Alessandro Ercoli, Gianpietro Silardi, and Lino Savoia opened this typical Italian restaurant back in 1990. Continuing the adventure now with Alessandro are Riccardo Menichetti from Tuscany, a long-time friend with a strong passion for food and cooking, and Teri Ercoli (Alex's wife). Caffe’ Delfini has become synonymous with romance. As soon as you step inside, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that transports you to the cobblestone streets of Rome, and soft music fills the air, adding to the intimate ambiance that permeates the restaurant. The menu is a culinary journey through Italy with dishes that are prepared using only the freshest and finest ingredients. Homemade pasta. Perfecto!! Sauces were Rome based, homemade deliciousness! Gluten free pasta also available- 4 options! The owner/manager discussed the food and wine with us. Every one of our party of 4 had amazing dishes!! We will be back!!

Wonderful experience! Intimate pretty decor and lighting. Attentive service. Delicious food from beginning to end. Very nice to meet one of the owners who came to greet us at our table. We will definitely go back! Grazie mille!

No alcohol available. The entrées were good. They fixed a veal Parmesan for me especially which was excellent and my wife got the tutu mare.but the Caprese tomatoes left a little to be desired. Tomatoes weren’t ripe enough. Our server was quietly attentive, and the staff were all very friendly. It’s not in a very good setting.

Good morning Chuck, and thank you very much for your feedback which will take very seriously. Our restaurant only apply a Credit Card rule on Saturday after being patience for more than 3 years of immense number of no-show and cancellations (being fully booked). We had to set this up in order to protect our customers from people taking advantage of our kindness. And, we always try to not apply the sitting time limit, even on a busy days like Fridays and Saturdays, by finding "flexible" solutions and allowing more time than the one we disclose at reservation phase. We think this happened to you, and we found a solution by allowing way more time. We value our customers, we are recognized as best-in class service, and we apologies if you did not find your experience as per expectations.
