The food is amazing! Four of us had dinner together, and each person ordered a different dish. We all loved everything! The waitress, Perry, was so attentive and helpful, and all of the staff were very friendly.

Always a wonderful experience here at Cafe Roma! We enjoy the personal attention of the owners and staff so much, been dining here for over 20 hrs and never had a less than excellent experience! For starters, we thoroughly enjoyed the squash blossoms, so perfectly prepared!! We also enjoyed the famous Oso Bucco and Veal Marsala, both were expertly prepared as usual! Went with Niner Pinot Noir, which was so delicious and perfect to pair with our entrees! Tiramisu for dessert and with many favorites to choose from, only thing challenging was deciding 🥂 Thankyou Cafe Roma peeps for another memorable experience 🌸🇮🇹💚

Great dinner with friends. Caesar salad, beet salad, lasagna, mushroom ravioli, Salmon and shrimp piccata. The only downside were the slow drink delivery. (Not our server’s problem, but a slow bartender.)

Another great meal at Cafe Roma. We had pasta and pizza and both were excellent. The service is always good.....favorite restaurant in SLO for us.

Everything was very good, especially the service. Crystal is wonderful. The sand dabs we had were perfectly prepared–lightly sautéed and delicate. My only complaint, and it is a mild one, was the piccata sauce on the sand dabs. It may just be a personal preference, but I thought the sauce needed a touch more lemon for balance. I’ve had their Scampi Piccata and I thought the sauce was much better on that dish. We will be back.

Owner greeted us at the door. Bartender had created Limoncello Martinis and they were perfect start for the evening. Special 4 course menu that has some flexibility was great. Seating outside worked well for our group who are hearing-challenged by the noise in large open room setting. Wine selection is broad and consider them a 'good value for what is being offered.
