For parties of more than four guests, we offer a pre-fixe menu that showcases our favorite menu items and our favorite way to dine -- family style! For this menu, the party will receive an array of snacks, followed by an antipasti course. Then, all four of our house made pastas and a couple of big dishes will round out the meal. To finish, you'll get to try all of our desserts!

By far my favorite place in Park Slope / Gowanus. Great to see it getting better each time. Such an original menu. The shrimp pasta is my favorite in the city. Thank you!

Lovely place, lovely people, lovely and delicious food! We enjoyed everything we ordered. Many nice details in the food presentation, in the ambiance, and in the experience in general. Went with kids and the kids loved it too (there are some pasta dishes suitable for kids off menu). Will be returning soon!

Really enjoyed the creative food and strong atmosphere at Cafe Mars. My only critique is that many of the dishes included delicious sauces or broths (such as the “crazy water” with the fluke crudo), but none included bread to sop up the excess liquid. The only bread on the menu seemed to be the garlic knot monkey bread, which was not quite what I was looking for.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! It’s great to have waitstaff know the foods and give good guidance from first hand experience.

Delicious food from a unique menu, fantastic service and a great time. This was my second time at cafe Mars and every time it gets better and better. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, I really enjoy myself every time. Thank you to all the staff at cafe Mars!

As the menu at Café Mars turns with the Spring, its delights continue to grow! The new steak pizzaiola is simply amazing and the Chicago Beef-inspired appetizer is wonderful. The monkfish liver appetizer I enjoyed recently also is creative and so satisfying. The drink menu still astounds with its creativity … and the service is perfectly attentive and friendly without being over-bearing. From the complimentary spritz at the start to the complimentary candy dish at the finish, Café Mars is delightful from top to bottom!

Authentic Italian fare, hospital staff, unique experience — definitely one of the more memorable meals I’ve had in NYC! Will definitely be returning
