Cafe Cortina, located on the former site of an apple orchard in Farmington Hills, Michigan, has been in existence since 1976 and earned a following among food lovers for its authentic Italian atmosphere and cuisine.

Fresh pastas, gnocchi, ravioli and lasagnas are made from scratch in house daily, and many ingredients are sourced from their on premise garden located behind the restaurant. Meals likely to catch your attention include the vitello paillard, which includes bone-in veal and the tower of layered spinach lasagna.

Fireside seating is available in the main dining room as well as on the outdoor patio. Perfect for dates, special occasions, or just a casual meal with friends and family.

We were able to sit outside on a beautiful night. All the waitstaff was terrific. A special shout out to our waitress Larissa. Everyone loved what they ordered, pasta dishes and a chicken dish. It was a leisurely meal which is what we wanted.

It was a wonderful experience!! We celebrated our 25th anniversary and it was terrific. The service was outstanding as was the ambience . Very pleased!!.

We celebrated with my wife's parents for their 63rd Wedding Anniversary at Cafe Cortina on Tuesday, June 4. The attentiveness of the staff, the quality of food and the overall experience was TOP Notch! Thank you and your staff for providing such a memorable experience - we won't forget it!

Café Cortina is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. It’s very classy with a beautiful ambiance. Every time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent but the quality of service was so far below what it should have been it ruined our experience. When we entered the restaurant there was no host and we were not greeted for conservatively at least 10 minutes. We were finally greeted and sat, then waited fully 15 mins before anyone came to our table. Really disappointing.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The special tartare appetizer was fabulous. I could have just ordered another one and that could be dinner. But the seafood pasta special was also very good. A nice amount of seafood came with the dish. Our nice corner booth was very accommodating.
