My party and I were very disappointed. We used to go to the location in Sherman oaks before it closed and enjoyed the restaurant and appreciated the food. Last night the Beef Wellington special was in a pastry that was soggy and unappetizing. Would never order again. The trio of fish was ordered and it also was sub par, dry and ordinary. The halibut in macadamia nuts was good. We ordered dessert - 20 minutes later we had to ask where it was. Order was lost in the kitchen. We should have left but the dessert came. The chocolate flourless cake was just so so; the profiteroles were in a dough that was tough. We were hoping for the delicious food of the past; we won't return.

Often with a large group, service is slow and inefficient on timing. We were 15 people and the service was spectacular!!

Always a reliable value-oriented dining experience in an authentic French styled cafe. Great simple menu with ample variety and all dishes well-prepared. Service is attentive without being over-bearing. Our server was Benoit and quite the gentleman.

Cafe Bizou has been one of our favorite restaurants for more than 30 years. It is a real shame the outdoor patio is now gone that was a real highlight it the Agoura Hills location.

You can't beat this restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is excellent as well as the food. The owner is always there and is very friendly.

Once again, Cafe Bizou was GREAT experience ! Even with a full house, the Dinner was DELICIOUS, service IMPECCABLE, and atmosphere CHARMING and COZY ! Cafe Bizou is truly a GEM !!

Upbeat and friendly atmosphere if also noisy, but not impossible to converse. Very efficient and professional service. Portions are generous and the food is consistently good. This is becoming one of my favorite local restaurants.

Cafe Bisou is a very good restaurant. The food is amazingly good . Because of their popularity in the area it does tend to get very busy so wait time might be longer especially on the weekend You will not regret waiting for their prices are so reasonable and excellent food

Really delicious meal. Stuffed mushroom, escargot, halibut, monkfish and Profiteroles. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed another great evening with family ! Everyone was very happy with their choice of food from the menu. We also like the $2 Corkage fee. We shared desert ……excellent Our waiter was fantastic !

The food, service and value were all excellent. The one problem was that the first bread we received was nearly burnt. When we mentioned that to our waiter, he immediately went to the kitchen and brought a new loaf, hot and perfectly baked. We also appreciated the generous serving of vegetables with our salmon entrees, and desserts were terrific.

Once again we had a great meal at Cafe Bizou. We enjoyed the Roasted Monkfish and Filet Mignon both of which were so delicious and the steak was extremely tender. We were able to enjoy good conversation and we also enjoyed a few of the desserts. It was a terrific evening.

Food was delicious as always. I got the Trout Almondine with vegetables and french fries instead of mashed potatoes. Service was really good and our waiter was always asking if we needed anything and right on target. The only con was our wait for a table even though we had reservations for 30 min past our reservation time. Phillipe is quite busy now with the same amount of people waiting for tables except he doesn't have the outside parking lot with dining area available any longer. I really miss that plus with warmer weather coming. He made such a wonderful effort with the parking lot area dining.

Cafe Bizou was absolutely overrated by both Google Maps and OpenTable. The atmosphere was beautiful but the food was mediocre at best, especially for the price. There are many, many better restaurants in terms of quality and value all across the Central Coast. We will not dine here again.

Always a great experience at Cafe Bizou. Things have changed a bit over the years, tweaks to the menu, and some of the offerings have been adjusted or eliminated. Prices have been raised a few times, but that’s just a fact of life today. But I will say that the portions are perhaps a bit larger than before, so the value is still there. The food is always consistent and the drinks are always generous as with the meal portions. Such a nice place to dine, and probably one of the best run restaurants around.

Great French restaurant in the Westlake/Agoura area of Los Angeles. Tucked away in a small mall you would hardly know it was there except for your GPS and the busy parking lot. Wonderful, cosy European atmosphere; terrific menu and great food and wonderful service. Super value....including, as I remember, $5 corkage. Make sure you have a reservation because this restaurant is very popular. Absolutely a hidden gem!

It was a lovely evening with good friends at a "new find" of ours. "Benoit" was the consummate server and ensured a wonderful experience by all. It's comforting to have a waiter who speaks French - in a French restaurant. The menu had a complete selection of fresh fish, meats, chicken, pasta, sides, and desserts. And a reasonably priced "Pre Fix" area with many flexible choices. The welcoming atmosphere, warm, and rich colors and fabrics and a fabulous wine / cocktail list help transport diners to the French countryside. We will be back!

Arrived as they opened at 4:30 and enjoyed a lovely meal with excellent service. The atmosphere was cozy and the prices were reasonable for a nice dinner. Recommend!

This quaint little neighborhood French restaurant in Agoura Hills delivers the same quality and experience as you would find in France sans any potential language challenges. It does all this at a value point that is unparallelled in Southern California. And if you're an oenophile, there is no better corkage deal to be had. Highly recommended.

Always love Cafe Bizou value is unmatched in LA region. Was excessively crowded and noisy and food was not quite as good as usual but there were sooooo many people. Happy for them they have so many fans. The value is unmatched anywhere for quality of food. Still a big fan and love Cafe Bizou
