We proudly brew Starbucks® Coffee on the go and serve freshly baked-in-house pastries. Because of construction in preparation for the RNC, it was noisier than normal. We understood and still had a wonderful meal.

The atmosphere is so welcoming. The Pfister is a beautiful place. Our only problem was the waitress was slow, we had and engagement at 1:00, got to the cafe at 11:20 and were late ten minutes to the engagement. We should have told the waitress at the start about timing needs. She was pleasant, just slow. The food was delicious. Very nice menu.

Food was great, I had the smoked salmon BLT. Wasn’t impressed because the floor was very dirty at the back table by the windows. May have had a group of messy eaters there before us. Would definitely go back again, food portions and value wonderful!

It was very nice, noise level was a bit higher than usual. My slider was just okay nothing great. Chili was okay. Good but not great. The staff was awesome as always. It is one of the reasons I keep going to this restaurant. The food is always good, I just enjoy it more sometimes.

The food was lovely, very tasty. However, we were looking for a brunch place and very specific about wanting to have brunch, and they do not serve brunch. That was a little bit disappointing but we managed to find things on the menu that we liked.

Lox plate was skimpy and not up to usual standards. Fresh fruit is disappointing—grapes with marks, edges of fruit indicate they weren’t freshly cut, omelets seemed like they were slopped together, bread was thrown on plate, water glasses and coffee cups rarely refilled, had to frequently ask for service—flat wear. We had reservation and were seated at a table that wasn’t for the same number of our party. Just not the special occasion we hoped for or expected of the Pfister.

This experience was the complete opposite of my previous visit. We were seated immediately, but then totally ignored. 5 servers were standing around the service area chatting together, but no one came to our table. The restaurant was NOT busy. No one came to the table at all. After waiting 7-10 minutes, we left. There was no one at the host/hostess stand to speak with. Not at all what one should expect at The Pfister Hotel. I did report this to the front desk!

We go here for brunch at least once a year, and have always loved the ambience, food and service. All of this was still first rate this time, but we were very disappointed that they were no longer offering their "signature" cinnamon rolls, that were something we always looked forward to. We'll still go there, but we're really hoping for the return of the cinnamon rolls!

The Eggs Benedict could have been so much better if the Canadian Bacon would have been chewable. Please substitute some decent ham like a Boar's Head Applewood smoked ham. I would not order this again.

Our waitress was terrific her name was Cherry. We went for lunch and breakfast the next day. Attentive and so friendly. Also the hostess both times were professional and friendly.

Set in a beautiful hotel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and English muffin. Everything was very good, with one small complaint. Kind of tasted like the hash browns might have been cooked too close to the bacon. Just had that off taste to it. Everything else was perfect. Our server was outstanding.

A very relaxing breakfast. The service was exceptional, the quantity was over the top and I would have enjoyed just hanging out there longer if I had the time. 100% worth the experience
