Out waitress was completly rude and never smiled or asked how we were doing while still doing it to her other tables and we observed her doing it many times

The back bartender was awesome! She was getting ready to close but stayed opened to serve us while we waited for a table. Staff was friendly!

Good happy hour specials and not very busy on a week day. Don’t recommend the HH burgers, they were not good at all, but the HH pork sliders were great!

SERIOUSLY, worse experience EVER. I didn't get my drink till 35 minutes after ordering, it could have been longer. We got nachos which had jalapeños, I love them, but I needed a drink. My kids got one small drink, then.......... right before we left, he FINALLY refilled them. It was LITERALLY the worse experience, I spent $100, and would NOT recommend Cadillac Ranch. Nor will I EVER go back. I'm a bartender/waitress, I wouldn't, EVER GIVE THIS SERVICE. Not ever to someone I knew wasn't gonna leave a tip. I left a tip for this HORRIBLE SERVER, but ONLY cause my kids left a mess. Off the service end, I left 2 cents. Go to burger King, for real. Expensive food, for burger King service at Cadillac Ranch. Yikes.

We had a group of 13 with 6 checks. The staff was very accommodating and the server made no mistakes with the food, drinks, or checks. Very pleasant experience.

Host was very unprofessional and disorganized made us feel uncomfortable because we used open table to book Rez. Server Eric was nice, menu was limited for vegetarians, noise level was high, value was not good would go elsewhere next time

It was yet another great visit. The food was amazing as always. Although the employees were loud and playing with each other loudly. It didn't take away from our experience, just seemed a little unprofessional

We visited during happy hour and were able to scoot out under $40 with a couple apps and drinks. It’s nice and calming inside with very large bars. The atmosphere is chill and there is lots to look at. Bathrooms are a little far away, but it’s a cool walk down the hall with posters of icons. Service was great and food was delicious. We got boneless wings and tacos.

Had reservations @ 7pm and the restaurant closed at 7. We got there early but the waitress had no problem telling us that they closed at 7. They was out of almost everything, it took my son 3 try’s to order something they had. My steak was overcooked but the waitress never came to check on us so I just ate it. The manager finally came over & said because I had eaten 1/2 the steak he only discounted 1/2 the price even after I told him that waitress never came to check on us.

We got two cocktails, cheese curds, a juicy Lucy, and the shrimp and salmon pasta, and literally everything was great! It seemed like a fair price for what we got and the service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely be going back anytime we pass through the area!

Terrible experience at Cadillac Ranch. We used to really enjoy coming to Mall of America for the holidays and stopping for food, drinks, and people watching on the patio. This time everything went wrong from poor food quality to bad service (So slow getting drinks, food, missing items like appetizers and side dishes that never showed up. Server seemed oblivious to it all and actually said I hope you don’t have any deadlines or other places to be). Never going back as there are many better places to go.

This is tricky. The first host 100% of the blame. He had a tattoo on his arm. He put my daughter in a booster seat. I protested. He insisted. He also moved so fast we could not keep up with him. My daughter was to small to stay in the booster. The waitress in that section was also very sour. I went up to the stand again to request a new table. The second host, a black gentleman who was short, was a rock star. Listened to my issue and moved us to where we can use a high chair. The new waitress was also 100% a sweetheart. I saw the host walking and I thanked him for being so great. First team would get 0 stars. Second team would get 5.

The meal was good and the waitress was great with our dietary restrictions. The strawberry shortcake was very disappointing for all three of us that ordered it, couldn't eat more than a couple bites of it.

We had a large party. The food was good. The server really struggled. He did not greet us in a timely manner, we it took a long time for us to get drinks, we had to ask 4 times about getting a drink he forgot and it jus went on like that. We are still giving decent review because 1 bad server shouldn't stop someone from trying a place with good food again. Hopefully that server will get some training.

This was our first visit and I would have to say it won't be our last. The service was outstanding, the food wonderful and the comfort of the restaurant was great. Thank you for a great visit.

The server and manager went above and beyond, but the steak tacos, and sirloin just seemed to fall short for me. The sirloin tacos are cooked to where it crumbles more like ground beef, but can't retain any heat so served more like a cold taco. When I switched to the sirloin steak, it wasn't the best cut of meat. Half was great but the other half unedible. Because of the wonderful staff, I will certainly return, but just order something different.

Food was good. They sat us in the bar area, directly under a speaker. The music was very loud ( the restaurant was not busy). Our waiter was also the bartender. Some people might have appreciated his demeanor, but I thought he was bordering rude.

Our only complaint was that the burger was round, like a racquet ball placed between two buns. I don't know how that ever left the kitchen - it was laughable, like we were being punked. It would have been more accurate to call it a meatball burger. Very difficult to eat, let alone enjoy.

We had a basketball team dinner and they set the players at one table and adults at another table and the player table was treated like they were criminals. They were harassed by the waiter and needed an adult to come help them pay the bill because the waiter had given them 3 extra bills and told them they needed to figure it out because they were paying. I have always had great experience here until last weekend and we will not go back. The adult's waitress was excellent, and she busted her butt for us. But unfortunately it takes 1 bad apple to ruin an experience.

We waited 35 minutes to get a drink after we were seated. We received our appetizer before our drinks. We waited to order our food until after our appetizer. So we had the menus for awhile we went to order and the waitress said oh yeah we don’t have any chicken. Ummm ok would have been nice to know when you gave us the menus. Received our food pretty fast. I went to order another drink and the waitress said are you sure it will be at least 20 min. Ok then forget it. As we are sitting at a booth in the bar area, I look over and 1 bartender is rubbing another bartenders back. Very disappointing!!!! Will not go back.

It was a good place to bring the family when we had several kids along. There was 10 of us in total and it was nice to be able to make a reservation via Open Table - many restaurants when you have that many people don’t allow it. I had the signature chicken Diablo Pasta and if you like spice, I would strongly recommend it! Good experience overall and would go back.

Overall, everything was fine, however the food wasn’t the best and was overpriced. The service was excellent though. We loved our server. She was sweet and attentive and full of energy.

Seated quickly. Waited an hour after ordering and were told food was being plated and would be out soon. 30 minutes later we were told our ticket and one other were lost. We left, VERY HANGRY!
