Food was good, but service felt rushed—servers kept trying to remove dishes before we were done and felt like they wanted us to leave as quickly as possible.

We were absolutely delighted with the food and service at Cabra. Our favorites included the goat empanadas, hot chorizo & queso dip, shrimp tacu tacu, and the steak saltado. A great way to celebrate with the family. We look forward to returning soon.

I took my husband to Cabra for his birthday and we had an awesome time. Our server Chris had great recommendations and was very personable. I also appreciated that they were able to sneak us onto the terrace, even though it was a busy day!

Great food and rooftop. Had a great experience with the meal. But it took me 45 minutes to get my check and get out. Totally dinner lasted over 3 hours. I was ready to get out of there. The check came that long after ordering dessert. Just seems like it should have been easier to pay and leave.

This restaurant is right about the Hoxton hotel decorated with beautiful greenery. Its rooftop seating is perfect for a summer day, with a pool fenced away in the corner area. The drinks were very well made, the food was good. I feel the proportions were not appropriate for the price (~$20 per item) and things seemed slightly just too salty. Overall, the staff was friendly and service was great. I would go back just for drinks and ambience

Yes- that sunset is intense, my apologies, there is a 30 minute window where the sun setting illuminates the room and can disrupt our senses. I appreciate the note on the noise level, we are working on sound absorbtion in the restaurant, as we have materials throughout our space that perpetuate sound. This was my second time at Cabra, bringing friends from out of town who were looking for good food and creative ambience. The weather was perfect for dining on the terrace. The staff were attentive and made us feel taken care of. The food was flavorful and left us wanting more. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun Chicago night on the town.

The food at Cabra is always amazing, but we had a very terrible service experience that could’ve been solved if they answered their phone. There was a lot of miscommunication and our waiter clearly had way too many tables. Not the upscale dining experience Cabra used to provide. I won’t be running back anytime soon

Wonderful experience at Cabra. Inventive and interesting menu that was delicious. Drinks were different and also delicious. Too bad that they were out of one of the popular drinks however they did give great comparable suggestions.

Food was disappointing. We have not been here in a couple of years and I remember the food to be really quite good. Our server Caleb was very good and attentive. Overall, I was disappointed as Cabra was one of our favorite places to dine at.
