Join us for the 4th of July celebration at C-Level. Enjoy a three-course pre set menu at $74.95 per person with a firework show on bay. Served from 7pm to 9pm. For outdoor tables, there is no weather back up. Our menu highlights Lobster Bisque, New York steak, American Wagyu Burger, Chilled Seafood Platter, Chicken Piccata, Pan Seared Salmon, and Flowerless Chocolate Cake for dessert. Usually we love this restaurant. The food is always excellent. We had a reservation today for Father’s Day. It wasn’t even very busy- lots of open tables outside. The service was bad. It took a while to be greeted by our server. We asked for bread, she did not bring any. There were 4 of us, the other 3 meals came out about 8 minutes before my Louie salad! No apology for arriving when others were half way through their meal. Server did not come back to check in on how our meal was, nor were we refilled with water or asked if we wanted to order another cocktail. Very disappointing today.

Place was great. Patio seating has a great view of th Harbor. Food portions are bigger than what the website shows, It's not a bad thing but it's good to know. Service was great and our waiter had great knowledge of the menu and drinks. Only been here during lunch but this place looks great for dinner date.

Beautiful location and good food with ok service. The pace was pretty slow. There was nothing wrong with our visit, but nothing outstanding either, which is ok. Celebrated my husband’s birthday, the occasion was recognized and a complimentary dessert was provided. I wish this was a more glowing review, but I think that it was more casual than I was expecting for the price. We will likely return with more managed expectations.

Nice place to eat: right on the water, with an excellent view of the San Diego city skyline. Food was quite good (my wife had the tuna and I had the mahi mahi); service was exceptional (Andre, I think his name was - an exceptionally excellent waiter); and nice ambiance. Birthdays can sometimes be a bit awkward, dessert-wise: will the birthday person get a comp'd dessert, or do we need to order a dessert and hope they'll put a candle on top, etc. Andre(?) made it simple and easy, telling us he would bring my wife a birthday dessert. A little on the expensive side, but all in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
