Drawing on the South’s trademark charm, the restaurant offers a vibrant, cozy atmosphere with an innovative American menu featuring Southern-influences. Santos channels his love of New Orleans and all things Southern to transport guests to the Bayou by way of Buttermilk & Bourbon.
Takeout and delivery services are available via Uber Eats. There are 2 options for seating: Standard (Indoors) & High-Top (Indoors). Patio seating is as first come first serve basis. We offer a fifteen-minute grace period and ask that you call us if you will be running late or your reservation may be cancelled.
*We allot 1 hour and a half for a reservation of 2 guests and 2 hours for reservations consisting of 3 or more guests.

    Fun and lively restaurant! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and prompt friendly service. We shared the sliders, boneless fried chicken thighs, and street corn. All outstanding. We also had the tuna. The beignets were fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!

    Menu has changed and we are disappointed in new menu as some of the options we saw earlier and were recommended to us are no longer available.

    Great food and good service. A bit loud. I didn't like the payment method which is in your face with the waiter hovering over you. The suggested tips include the tax on food and alcohol for the percentage calculations, which all seem high. Most restaurants use the pre-tax number to calculate this amount. Regardless, I would go back for the food, drinks and service.

    I’ve been here over 15 times. Always the best food and service. Highly recommend! I always take my friends and family here for special occasions or for whenever they visit from out of town.

    Great food and service. Fun restaurant design and ambiance. Sat at high top and the stools were super uncomfortable. Will wait for regular table on next visit.

    Hostess was warm and very welcoming. The food arrived on time and in the correct order. The drinks were amazing! I had the BB Hurricane nicely blended and hit the spot My niece the birthday girl enjoyed the strawberry infused Makers Mark I believe it was the drink special that day she loved it so much she ordered it twice.. Would definitely like to return and continue to explore the menu..
