Drawing on the South’s trademark charm, the restaurant offers a vibrant, cozy atmosphere with an innovative American menu featuring Southern-influences. Santos channels his love of New Orleans and all things Southern to transport guests to the Bayou by way of Buttermilk & Bourbon.
Takeout and delivery services are available via Uber Eats. There are 2 options for seating: Standard (Indoors) & High-Top (Indoors). Patio seating is as first come first serve basis. We offer a fifteen-minute grace period and ask that you call us if you will be running late or your reservation may be cancelled.
*We allot 1 hour and a half for a reservation of 2 guests and 2 hours for reservations consisting of 3 or more guests.

Buttermilk and bourbon is an excellent restaurant. Very glad it’s here in Watertown. There’s a nice variety in the tapas. The outside seating is covered and nice as well. Didn’t love their version of the espresso martini, but the other gin drink was great. Very friendly service as well.

Absolutely LOVE the food! The Sangaria was SUPER GOOD, the biscuit was DELICIOUS (totally dessert dish!!), watermelon and cucumber salad was interesting and refreshing, bakes Brie was heavenly!! Along with great service, definitely a place to revisit!

Our food was wonderful, this was our second time in for brunch. Both times they've honored my seating requests. We had biscuits and gravy, blueberry pancakes, poached egg, bacon, and the grilled broccoli caesar. It was a lot of egg this time by accident but it was all delicious!

I eat here every few months Love the food. Very inventive and delicious. Wish fried oysters would be added back to the menu. It was our favorite item!

Fun and lively restaurant! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and prompt friendly service. We shared the sliders, boneless fried chicken thighs, and street corn. All outstanding. We also had the tuna. The beignets were fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!
