Experience the taste of Naples at our home- Buon Appetit, our family-owned restaurant. Founded in 2019 that became a popular local foodie favourite, we're passionate about sharing our authentic Italian cuisine with you. We open our doors and invite you to be transported to a trattoria in Italy, where you are surrounded by great vibes and even better food. We are a casual dining restaurant offering an energetic, fun environment that we have always been known for. Please bear in mind our restaurant is not a quiet space. As we are casual dining, you can either place your order at our front counter or order through the QR code displayed on your table. Our friendly team will serve all food and beverages to your table!

Because it is a limited time seating your staff should NOT take orders for dessert that won't be served in the allocated time. Management did offer alternatives but the wait staff should perhaps ask patrons if they'd like dessert earlier OR if time isn't enough DON'T TAKE THE ORDER! Otherwise everyone had an amazing night

The food was amazing!!! I've supported Buon Appetit since they started as a food truck and they're doing so good! Had entree, main and dessert and all were amazing and couldn't fault! Service was super quick too even though they were busy. Staff were a bit pushy with trying to get us out after an hour but besides that couldn't fault it! Oh and the cocktail was delicious too!

Poor customer service Poor menu No table service Food dished up in a hurry Garlic pizza was like eating garlic salt. That is all I ate as there was no prawn agli o lo No veal in white wine, there was 5 dishes of nocci. I thought it was an Italian restaurant. I have not recommended this place to my friends

Cannot fault the food whatsoever. Every dish tried so far is delicious. Service was amazing staff were so polite. Food came out so quickly and portions seemed to be increased since coming last time - definitely good value for money. Only recommendation is to turn the music down inside as it is a bit hard to hear. But aside from that would definitely recommend !

Love this restaurant! The food and service is amazing. The only little negative is that the music is a tad bit loud…but I’m old lol.

Highly recommend! Their Gnocchi is amazing and that is saying a lot when my Nonna’s Gnocchi is the best. They come a very close second.

Food was lovely. Drinks list not bad. Wasn't really a dining out experience though. Walk in and stand at counter. A few staff walked in our direction and without any acknowledgement, turned and went back they way they came. Stand like a shag on a rock for about 3 minutes. Finally shown to table and introduced to QR code. Young bloke did mention to seek staff if we needed help or wanted to pay cash. No water offered and no interaction from anyone until the order was placed. One staff member managed to walk in and out and least 5 times without making eye contact with anyone in a crowded space. The menu said ask staff about specials. Not sure how that worked?? Unless you do separate QR code orders, everything comes out at once. No interaction. Just not my style. But..... Really nice food. Lovely pizza, great crust. Pasta was very nice and sauce was tasty. Obviously the style of service suits many. Keeping producing good food and there'll be plenty who will be repeat customers.

Our second time here and not disappointed, the gnocchi torrential and arancini were the best, no wonder this place is always busy, the food is easily the best in Camden , will definitely come back to try some of the other exquisite dishes 😉 😀

The food was incredible. The service was lovely and food was quickly served to us! Plates were cleared fast and we grabbed a coffee after which tasted great! All round 10/10 experience and we will be returning

We very much enjoyed our first dinner experience at Buon Appetit. The service was impeccable and the ambience with Italian music in the background was very welcoming. The staff was very attentive and kept coming around to ask if everything was good or needed anything else. Felt like we were regulars. We were greeted at the door and lead by a young woman to our table inside. She waited while we sat and explicitly explained how to order with the QR code. It was easy to order and the delicious food and drinks were prompt to arrive soon after. The food was simply presented with great quality produce and delicious flavours. The proprietor approached us to see if we were good and conversed with us. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it. Scallops are a must!

Food was great and well priced. Love that you can order from your table or the bar and don't have stuff coming over all the time or never. However, time allowance for a table is not long enough and disappointing. I was looking forward to our first night out in a year and was rushed off my table after 1.5hrs

It was my first visit since opening and it was honestly such a great experience. The food was quick and DELICIOUS as always, the ambiance was magical, the staff were super nice and the noise from music and general hustle and bustle was perfect to be able to comfortably converse. I didn’t think it was possible for Buon Appetit to get any better than it was…. But they’ve done it!

I am a regular here and absolutely LOVE it! Always consistent and the best quality tasty meals, comes out so fast it’s fantastic!! Can’t wait to continue coming here and in fact I’m already booked in again for next week lol 11/10!

As Italians we can say that the food is outstanding, fresh and truly authentic! Service was impeccable, attentive and we had special treatment for our 4 year old! Also prices are affordable! Definitely going back!!!

Although we had a booking we were sat in what appeared to be “walk in” tables with no lighting at all, so much so we needed to use our phones to read the menu. That was disappointing. A staff member did note this and commented that our phone light was a good idea & checked we were ok! Service was prompt & friendly & the food enjoyable.

Great place for a casual meal. Lots of different options for sharing. It's a shame there's not moregluten-freee options. Prices are pretty good. It'd be even better with the option to order (with a waitperson) from the table, rather than with a QR code, or going to the bar area.

Great food and love the little fairy lights outside. Only suggestion is to have some heaters outside now it’s getting a little cold but otherwise definitely will be coming back!

We enjoyed our meal mostly. Food was good. Service was ok. Most of the young guys were pleasant there were a few of the girls who were rude. We ordered the Nutella Fritta and requested it to have the strawberry off to the side and it was delivered to the table not as requested the girl who brought it out left it was somewhat rude when we told her we didn't ask for it this way and responded to us by stating that this is how it's made. We had someone at out table allergic to strawberries so they were unable to enjoy the dessert ordered. Other than that our experience was mostly enjoyable.

We dined outside on Thursday 11th April….in the section we were allotted, it was 7.30. The string lights above us were not working so it was difficult to see to the other end of our table for 8. One of our party did not have her meal 1 hour after we ordered. On asking why her meal had not arrived she was told that her payment had been unsuccessful. 10 minutes later she received her meal. We thought with outside dining there would be overhead or stand alone heaters. There were none. It was cold. The meals were generous, the pizzas and breads looked delicious and the pannacotta was a huge serving. It was a perfect specimen - so smooth and tasty - very much enjoyed. A few issues such as heating and lighting need attention and also communication between staff and guests regarding payment for meals if an issue arises with unprocessed payments. I would definitely give Buon Appetit another visit.
