Situé à l'extrémité de la route du canyon dans la ville portuaire historique de Port Costa, ce restaurant routier accueille les autochtones, les voyageurs et les aventuriers d'un jour au sein de son bar et de sa salle à manger typique de 1897. Doté de salles aux allures de saloon, l'établissement jouit d'une tradition d'hospitalité vieille de plus de 100 ans. Les propriétaires du restaurant cherchent avant tout à conserver cette tradition chaleureuse. Vous pourrez vous y détendre, bien manger et serez prêt à y revenir.     I love the Bull Valley Roadhouse and the expanded patio is wonderful on a beautiful evening. When you get to Port Costa you feel like you are somewhere different, and you are!

    Great food from Chef Paone and welcomig service from Gabby, her lovely daughter, Daniel and everyone else whose names I can't recall. Love it and will be back

    We have been going to Bull Valley for many years, through several renewals, and it has always been a great place to celebrate a special occasion, or even just a night out.Thursday was my Wife Betsy’s (mumbling) year birthday…and we had a very nice time…Thanks Bull Valley!!👍🥰

    This place is such a funky gem! The history of the building is right up front and they have done so much to enhance it. The back patio is fabulous for dining in the summer. Even if you wouldn’t call yourself a cocktail connoisseur order a cocktail! No matter what you choose it will be spectacular. We had a little bit of wait for service – I think they might’ve been down a server in Saturday night but the actual service provided more than made up for the little bit we had to wait. I ordered the corn succotash. It was fresh and fine. White corn with these miniature little cherry peppers, real cherry halves fresh made pesto topped with two goat cheese, stuffed squash blossoms, wow. I also ordered for the table baked sweet potatoes with a chimichurri sauce. There was enough leftovers for breakfast in the morning. I always look forward to the experience at the Bull Valley Roadhouse.

    I am so glad we heard about this place. It's off the beaten path and the whole town makes you stumbled upon an old gold rush town from the 1800's. The ambience was dark and moody and really cool. The food was incredible. I made the reservation for my husband's birthday. We started with the deviled eggs and the bread. My husband had an Old Fashioned and I had a glass of the Rose'. The waiter had recommended the watermelon salad (sounded good) but we were worried it would be too much food with our entree's. Our waiter, Brandon brought it by complimentary and I'm glad he did because we ate the whole thing! My husband had the fried chicken and I had the halibut and both were amazing. For dessert my husband chose the chocolate cake with strawberry cream and Brandon brought it with a birthday candle and wished my husband a happy birthday. We will definitely be back. A truly memorable experience.

    We had a Sunday night dinner here for our wedding anniversary. It's a cool restaurant in a great little town. It's worth coming early to take a walk around Port Costa and maybe have a drink at The Warehouse Cafe before dinner. We ordered the grilled sardines and the burrata to start, and shared the gnocchi and the succotash with stuffed squash blossoms. Everything was deliciously fresh and tasty. Friendly service, cool antique decor. Would recommend!

    I love the drive coming to this place and the quirky environment of this very small community. The restaurant itself is wonderful. The food is terrific, although the selection is a little small. My complaint from this last visit was they were out of three dishes that my table wanted to order at 6:30pm on Mother’s Day. Additionally I think our waiter was new. He could not answer a couple of questions we had about ingredients and took an inordinately long time to bring some of the items we ordered. I feel the service should be better considering the high price range
