Food was expensive and just bad. Brussel sprouts seemed just microwaved, truffle fries had microscopic levels of cheese. The only thing that was good was a burger but it was expensive. Ridiculously, there is a 18% unadvertised "service fee" that is NOT tip, they asked us to tip on top of that. That was completely nuts. So we paid 38% extra for bad food.

This is a tiny restaurant attached to the hotel. What appears to be the main entrance to the restaurant was locked which was confusing at first. I had to enter through the hotel entrance and go through the lobby to get to the restaurant. The food and drinks were good once we got them. Service was extremely slow, likely due to being understaffed and having a large number of people show up at the same time to have dinner before the concert at TD. There was a long wait time (20min) for drinks to come out and food took even longer. The food itself was tasty and well made so I would give this place another chance to see if the service has improved.

Service was excellent! Limited menu and even more limited beer selection were disappointing. Korean BBQ and garlic Parmesan wings were great as were meals - spinach salad (yum!), burger and crispy chicken sandwich.

It is a restaurant attached to a hotel, so there is a premium with food. Unlike others, we had great luck with service and with the quality of food. I don't know if I would go out of my way to eat here, but I would go here again before a game at the Garden.

Only reason not a better rating is that our waitress quit at the start of our dinner so things came to a halt.

Food was good, little overpriced. Server was good but she was by herself and also bartending so we sat with empty plates and drinks for 10 minutes before having to go find her. Had they had at least one more person on staff it would have been a better experience

This is the second time that we went to this restaurant before a Boston Bruins game. The food and drinks were very good. The servers were friendly but the service was not good. Even though there were only a few other parties seated, it was 15 minutes before someone came over to ask what I wanted to drink after I joined the rest of my party. It was another 15 minutes before the drink arrived. We noticed that many of the staff seemed to be huddled in the bar area chatting throughout most of our visit.

There was no host booth that we could locate when we arrived and had to seek out the host, who, was , basically, doing everything in addition to hosting, ie: bussing, cleaning, running food. He seated us on time without a drinks menu. After waiting about 5 minutes for anyone to come by to fill water glasses and bring a drinks menu, I went to the bar and asked a very harried server for a drinks menu. Someone finally came and took our order after 20 minutes. Our white wine came and I requested an ice bucket, which, though acknowledged, never arrived. It was clear from the faces on the diners at the other tables around us that the service was awful, and many were literally chasing down any front of house staff to get a second round, missing food, or a check. The food was awful. How do you burn fried fish in fish and chips? The Truffle and parmesan fries were neither and clearly just a huge mound of frozen fries that Arbies could do better. The bathroom is poorly signed and in the depths of the basement. I have spent 25+ years in hospitality, and it seemed pretty clear the restaurant was understaffed and the front of house staff did the best they could in a bad situation and we left a good tip despite the bad service and food. This place is to be avoided AT ALL COSTS.

Our server was very nice but was unfamiliar with the wine list and brought me a red rather than the white I had ordered. My partner cannot drink alcohol and there are no non-alcoholic drinks on the menu. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the side of roasted broccoli and received soggy microwaved, formerly frozen broccoli (which was still cold). The ground beef, veggie burger and fries were all clearly frozen foods from a bag as well. Unfortunately, the bill still came to $75. Do not recommend.
