Bulevar Mexican Kitchen is a place to celebrate simple pleasures with top notch margaritas and cocktails, both frozen fun ones to unique agave creations and a vast selection of agave distillates. A place where food is for sharing, food is for comforting and food is for feasting. Took a long time to even get water. Very short staffed. Feels off not to get chips and salsa (they want 10$) seems like you better have the best ever service and food ! And they do not. Sadly. This place is sure to follow in the previous restaurants steps and close down soon !

We have been before and sat at the bar and had a lovely time. First time getting a table and the food was mediocre and the service was very slow.

Our waitress acted like she didn't care and did not provide good service. The service was also slow. The napkin I was given was dirty. She brought me a clean one and apologized, but did not offer anything else. Our water carafe was never refilled. We had planned on ordering entrees but requested the bill after one drink and appetizers due to the experience and not feeling like it was good value.

Always love it here. We eat here almost every weekend and we are never disappointed. Food is great and servers are always so sweet and friendly.

I was super excited to try this spot out. Initially myself and my guest were seated right next to the service area where the service staff station was and the door space is covered with beads, so noisy and busy. Our table was extremely breezy and cold. We ended up requesting to move seats because it was not comfortable. We went back to the check in space and waited about 15 minutes for a new seat. Still not a great seat, but better than where we were prior. We ordered the fillet, corn and potatoes. The meat was amazing. We did feel like our server was trying to move us along during our meal which I think is rude. The restaurant is very loud. Food was amazing. I would recommend the food.

Made a reservation for special occasion noting wanting a window view inside but not patio. When we arrived (on a Saturday) for an early 4:45pm reservation, we were not greeted for over 12 minutes and reservations in front of us also waiting while a hostess was fielding the phone. DO NOT ANSWER OR PUT ON HOLD. The only other hostess was away from the hostess stand and managing all entries. When we were assisted we were taken to an inside booth by the kitchen. It is a double booth that could potentially seat eight guests and we had a party of 3. When asked to be moved to our requested reservations, we were abruptly told “the patio is booked and the entire restaurant is booked out for the night.” We were told if we wanted to change we would have to wait longer to see what she could accommodate or take the inside location. We never requested patio and if we had it was available we we booked our reservation. The hostess acted completely put out by us not settling for less than what we reserved, although the previous two check-ins were seated by the outside windows. A manager was never involved and apologies were never made. From time of arrival to waiter greeting us at the table was 40 minutes. This is not hospitality. Our server was ok. Happy hour is not honored at the table so you will pay more for drinks until 6pm which we would have be happy to know and may have chilled out at the bar during the fiasco if we had been offered any information. Food was great but this place has a LONG WAY TO GO for how to treat clientele. We came from out of town in 2 different directions and, as foodies, would love to recommend. But we will not send friends here for this experience which was pretty low-class.

I love bulevar’s ambiance, the bar, and the bartenders. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve came, it hasn’t been worth it. Charging me for chips, water, and up-charging for your drinks is one thing but complete lack of service from the waitstaff is another. The food here is pretty good, but I feel taken from every time I come here and it’s super unfortunate because this was my favorite new spot in the arboretum.

Took a trip to bulevar for our anniversary and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The food was absolutely delicious, the wait staff was so warm and kind, the atmosphere is just gorgeous, it’s everything you want it to be and then some!

Great experience overall! The staff was very friendly… our waiter was informative and patient. We opted for the wood smoked Hawaiian fish and the Carne asada for our entrees. Oh my goodness! So delicious! The fish was cooked perfectly and so fresh and flavorful. Loved the cilantro salad! The carne asada was also cooked to perfection and well seasoned. We are looking forward to going back.

This was a tremendous dining experience, all of the dishes were fantastic, the views were incredible from the patio, and our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and provided us with great recommendations.

Food is excellent but dang it adds up ($$$$). We went on a Saturday night for a 7:30 reservation and it took FOREVER to get our food. Our server was great but we didnt end up eating our main meal until 9ish. I think we paid our final bill at 10ish. Good drinks, good wine. The duck carnitas, crab tostada and pescado (fish) dishes are our favorites. We also love the tortillas.

My partner and I went to Bulevar for the first time, and we left completely speechless. This was the best dining experience we’ve ever had! The restaurant is gorgeous! The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. We mentioned it was our anniversary when we booked the reservation and the host congratulated us as soon as we checked in. Our server, Chelsea, was the best. She was so attentive and knowledgeable in the menu! The drinks were great and the food was absolutely delicious!! Everything was cooked to perfection. As if that wasn’t enough, we were surprised at the end of our meal with champagne and a congratulatory card hand signed by the entire staff! I cannot put into words how touched we are. Thank you Chelsea and the rest of the crew for making our anniversary dinner such a beautiful experience!

This was our 7th or 8th time. Consistently impressed by food and service. Try this place. Great drinks and dessert too. The Hamachi appetizer rivals 5 star sushi restaurants. Seafood options don’t disappoint - Kanpachi is our favorite if you brought your appetite.

Fantastic food (we had the duck mole and the short rib). Very good service, even though we sat at the bar. BUT extremely noisy! So much so that it triggered a “Loud Environment!” warning on my iPhone & Apple Watch!! Could barely hear server to ask questions and order. We’ll be back for the great food, maybe with earplugs…

This restaurant was a nice surprise. We initially chose it because it had a huge gluten free selection —-> the entire menu is GLUTEN FREE. The nice surprise was that the selections were excellent. The food was fresh and tasty. The gluten free chocolate cake was a good if not better than any other glutenous cake we’ve had. The service was great and ambiance unique. A place we would visit again and again.

We came for a celebratory dinner and wanted something upscale and fun and we got what we wanted. Classic margarita was perfection! Four plates to share and dessert left 2 of us more than satisfied. Excellent service and recommendations were spot on. Also the view is lovely.

The Hamachi is a must! But you can't go wrong with any dish here. The servers are super informed about the food and the evolution of the menu. It's a fabulous experience.

Everything was amazing from our server to the food. The homemade corn chips were great as well as my prawns - the sauce they were in were addictive! The staff was extremely friendly and it was beautiful inside. Can’t wait to visit my daughter again and come back to this restaurant.

Lovely restaurant with a sophisticated ambiance. We were there on a busy Saturday night so the noise level was pretty high but we were able to have a conversation at the table. The food was delicious—the guacamole was a cut above the usual—with special chips that enhanced the avocado flavor perfectly. The carne asada was delicious—tender, perfectly cooked & seasoned. The house margarita was excellent. Service was attentive but not too much so. I would recommend for a special occasion.
