Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

the service was amazing first and foremost. our table didn’t need too much help, so we didn’t see our server more than 3 times before ordering food. (once to introduce himself, once to ask if we wanted drinks, & then finally when we did order food.) after ordering, other servers brought us water and our food. we didn’t see much of our server til payment, but everything was nice. the food was good, the bread was amazing. i would not return due to the fact i did not have anything absurd that i would need to return for. it’s fine dining!

Wasn’t the BEST steak I ever had, so for the prices I would say this is overrated. Lobster tail was very good size, filet was tasty, perfectly cooked, just wasn’t over the moon flavor for the price. Sides (baked potatoes, zucchini) were so so. Service was exceptional, perhaps slightly under memorable. Bread with a butter trio was an appetizer of $18.00. Dined at 5pm since we have an early flight, so didn’t expect much. Music was overkill, mix of the rat pack with attempts of classical renditions with ageless vocals (think Ella and Diane Schurer) of modern day music. In the midst of a smoke filled Flamingo, this place may be misplaced. When in Vegas, roll the dice.

The food was TERRIBLE! We ordered a ribeye wagyu cap and they brought us some tough cut of meat that even our waiter said was not what we ordered. The Mac n cheese looks like it was made for a toddler. Even the oysters (which i eat regularly)were terrible, outside of Brian our waiter this was a bad food experience. Bread service was decent. Even my drink was terrible and i had to send it back. The quality has gone completely down hill

Worst filet Mignon I ever had! Ordered Medium came out burnt both sides dried out and very well done!!! They did take off the bill but didn’t get a meal. Never go back.

Sat at the bar, Joe always very attentive; the steak and lobster special was excellent; steak flavorful and tender. Lobster tail was a full sized rather thank the dinky ones you get at many other ‘steak and lobster’ specials. Caesar salad was tasty.

You would expect for the high end prices the service to be better than going to a local chain. They seemed like they didn’t remember we were there and they weren’t that busy. With wine it was 800 (including a good tip, I work in service so I always tip well) for 4 people with appetizers, no dessert. We fine dine on all of our vacations, this was an unusual Caesars Property miss for us. Hopefully it was just an off night.
