Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

We had the bread board which came with three different butters. Might as well buy a bottle of wine considering the price of a glass, which is what we did. I had the lamb chops, which were perfect, and my husband had the filet mignon. Both were excellent. Don’t sleep on the lobster bisque!

I got ill after we sat down. And Eric and Mario did an outstanding job taking care of me. We were able to eat and everyone there was amazing! We let the manager know how exemplary their staff was.

The service was excellent. You must have the sour dough bread it’s amazing . The filet Mingnon was fantastic and done to perfection. The coconut shrimp was delicious. Great food

Ashley is the best waitress we’ve ever had. Who knew you have a “secret” waitress??? She was kind, funny, made sure our seafood tower had NO oysters at our request, and was attentive at the perfect moments. We will request one of Ashley’s tables the next time we come back!!!

Amazing steaks, even better dessert! Bread should have been free - charging $17 for bread, even at a luxury steak house is a joke. That being said, food was simply amazing- would definitely go back but won’t be ordering the bread.

The waiter was non-engaging. My medium-rare $80 10oz filet was tough. A breadboard, which was complimentary at other area restaurants, was $16. Everything was a La carte and the sides, such as a baked potato, were $18. Drinks were $30 and up. The music was more like modern rap and not like other steakhouses. Too much casino noise. Our meal was ridiculously overpriced

We were far from impressed. The service was lacking, took quite a while just to place appetizer order, but more importantly the food was cold and very bland. From the crab cake to the ribeye and even the baked potatoes. No salt and pepper to be found. Hubby actually said, I’m sure Bugsy wouldn’t want his name on this…

We had a good experience. Food-good. Steaks were delicious and tender. Cheesecake was delicious. Wait staff-excellent. Atmosphere-good. Only complaint-listen from people walking by but understandable with the location of our table.

We wanted a quality steak restaurant and knew it would be on the expensive side on the Strip. Non dry-aged steaks were $85, bread basket was $16, specialty drinks over $25, salads were $18. We expected comparable quality given the prices and were very disappointed. NY steak had a lot of gristle and was of low quality. Ribeye was good quality but nothing special. The $18 baked potato was not cooked through and was still hard and raw in the center. We declined the NY steak and shared the perimeter of the potato and called it a bad experience. Service was fine and the manager appropriately took the cost of the NY steak and potato off of the bill.
