The servers and staff did an excellent job. Despite being short staffed and very busy, we had timely service and enjoyable experience.

It was an okay environment. The waitress seemed in a hurry and was hard to catch her. Food was okay not anything to rave about. No issues.

Food was the only good thing about our experience, and even that took 40 minutes. Our server was not attentive, then when our food came it came out in 3 different times, the final thing arriving at our table 10 minutes after the first item.

For a place named after the wings they serve, I'd expect better wings. Buffalo chicken wrap was good. But the traditional bone in wings were gross, they tasted like they battered them. I would recommend pizza hut for wings over BWW
