The calamari was average compared to other restaurants in the valley It was small cuts and completely over fried Our Antipasti salad needed more pizazz more olives and the lettuce being fully cut up not big chunks being left in We’ve eaten at this restaurant and many other Bucas over the thirty some years that they chain has existed in Chicagoland and Las Vegas and I feel you may be living on your Laurels

I’ve been dining there before and it’s getting worse and worse. Quality of food is deteriorating and price is going up. This was the last time I would ever eat there.

We were early for our 6pm Resv so we went to the bar. The bar tender hadn’t come in yet so the sent Antony who is a server. He made me a perfect gimlet. He was outstanding, great convos with the staff around the bar. So that’s the good. The bad was the food. Salad was good, pizza was greasy and over cooked, lasagna was dried out with more ricotta than sauce. Had to ask for extra sauce, was offed marinara or meat, asked for meat sauce he brought marinara. Bought a large so to take some home, will have to throw it out as it wasted calories. We have been to many Buca’s over the years and this one several times b4, worst food ever. Terrible.

Our servant David was incredible. He actually made the evening and assisted us with our final coupon and check out. Only disappointment was some chicken wrap, spinach, and cheese that we had ordered. They seem to be pure cheese with no chicken at all. We actually open two of them up to try to find chicken and there was no chicken.
