I don’t know how young families afford going to this place. The food is very good. The service is good. But for the same volume of food that we ordered, we could’ve eaten at the Charthouse cheaper.

Had not been to Buca di Beppo in a long time. This visit brought back pleasant memories. Main unpleasant change was how much prices had increased and food portions had decreased. Go for the ambience and/or go if you are part of a large group. It is well setup for large groups. Otherwise, think about it.

Hi! Our server was trying his hardest but the service was so poor. There were so many employees roaming around and none seemed to step in to help, we received a plate of broccoli before anything else. The food has changed a lot, not as good as it was before and almost $200 for 2 people is WILD. Don’t think I’ll be back. Sad because this was one of my favorite restaurants as a kid

Food was poor in taste. No flavor for Italian food. My husband order chicken parmigiana and I had the shrimp fra diavolo neither of our dishes had a flavor. My penne pasta was over cooked and the baby shrimp had no flavor as well. My husbands chicken parmigiana was dry. Oddly the best dish was our son’s spaghetti and meatballs off the children’s menu. Our server did not check on us when our appetizer or entrees were served. When we asked a server for crushed red pepper for our meal. He came back and said the pepper is on the table. We said where. And he pointed to the black pepper. Sadly the menu is overpriced for food that has no Italian flavor. I think we are done with this restaurant

Ambiance and food were good. It only took very long to get everyone's drinks. Food also took long and all came out with big gaps in between. By the time we got all our food items we where full from eating the 1st one. Then drinks came after. Not sure if they where under staffed or what was going on. No one said anything or apologized for getting food/drinks late. It would of been nice. It kind of bummed the birthday Celebration.

Service was disorganized and wasn’t seated within 10mins after checking into reservation. Food was great overall but servers weren’t attentive.

This is our first time at this Buca di Beppo and as always the food is amazing! The service was great, we were seated near the bar so we were already expecting the noise level to be a bit higher than usual which doesn’t bother us. The only thing that really sucks is the parking. Right behind the restaurant there’s parking but none of it is for Buca. We had to park pretty far and this night was very cold and windy.

As always, Bucca is reliable. Good basic Italian food with large portions perfect for a family of 5 or more. Not the best value anymore. But, with inflation what it has been lately, that's not unexpected. While our wait staff started out very attentive, about halfway through the meal they basically disappeared. So, we had to ask other staff to help out on a couple occasions, including 15 minutes after all our plates were cleared and we had been ready for the check for 14 minutes.
