Our server Nic was great, very attentive! Portion sizes have definitely gotten smaller over the years. I don't know why open table asks about any special occasion's the restaurants never acknowledge them.

We had a reservations at 545, we were seated at 6pm. They had run out of lasagna & tiramisu (the only 2 things we wanted!) how the heck does a Italian restaurant run out of lasagne??? Our waiter was practically non-verbal and was not attentive! Half way through our meal the room cleared out and he ghosted us! So very strange and the worst Mother’s Day EVER!

This restaurant needs to be deep-cleaned. It is a huge turn-off when dining in. Our server was happy (we had her before), but several others looked miserable. I felt terrible for them.

The food was delicious. Our server, Aaron, was wonderful. The only issue we had as a party of eight we were crammed into a booth with a table on the end. It made it difficult for us to have elbow room to enjoy our food. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

Been to this chain a few times in the past, though never this location. The service was great (thanks Spence) but the food was not. We had a party of six people. Ordered two salads and three entrees and it was plenty of food. However the salads were soaked in dressing and were almost inedible. All three entrees were terribly overcooked and dried out. Nothing seemed freshly prepared. It was a huge letdown. Won’t be back.

What a great place to catch up with an old friend and indulge a phenomenally large bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. It's Sunday dinner in 1979 at Grandma's all over again. Sinatra tunes, warm bread, soft butter... Very difficult to get up and leave.

There was an event with a large group of people yelling regularly, much louder than I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant in a dining area. It was ridiculous.

Although the restaurant didn’t appear to be very busy, the service was slow. There were several tables that had dirty dishes on them the entire time we were there, and no bussers around that we could see. It also took a long time to get our food. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean. The ledge behind our booth was coated in dust and an entire tray of waters was spilled at the next table and the large puddle of water was never mopped up. People just kept having to walk through it. The food was very good though. We’ve been there many times over the years but this time wasn’t up to par.
