I find this place over priced for standard and somewhat bland food. Not great but priced as if fine dining for Italian pasta. Large portions but for standard pasta value is still overpriced. I will not be back,

Our table was given away to someone else so we had to wait an additional 15 mins. It was super busy which was expected for the holiday however our server was a little on the rude side.

The waiter did not pay much attention to our table of 4. It was Valentine’s Day so I understand that they were busy. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer right away and asked for a few minutes to finish looking over the menu. The waiter did not return until our appetizer was gone. By this time 2 of us had finished our drinks, we ordered the food and he walked away. Next time we saw him walk by we had to stop him and ask for refills. It took nearly 10 minutes to get the refills and by this point we also had to ask for the other 2 refills. At the end, we got our bill and were waiting to pay which took 15 minutes to get him to stop and run our card. Overall the food was not as expected and the service was unacceptable.

We got to the restaurant with reservations at at 7:00 pm and we didn't got seated to 7:30 wich is ok i understand is a busy night but after we finally got seated noone came to our table for good 15 min we keep seeing waitresses walk by i even try to flag one but no luck we were so close to walk out in to finally our waitress come we were so irritated the we may of come out a little rud We had lasagna amd pizza the lasagna was great but the pizza was burnt on the bottom on one half it was my wife's Birthday so and valentines day so we were a little disappointed.

We went in for a late lunch and had excellent service from Kelly the manager and both Alli & Kelly the servers. There was a shift change so we had two wonderful servers. Delicious food, they answered questions and provided super service!

This is the second time we've dined at Buca for a Christmas dinner and it was another positive experience. The only complaint was the prosciutto stuffed chicken was extremely overcooked. We gave a pass on this, though, since it was a busy time. Otherwise, everything was perfectly done and delicious. Our server, Hollie, was outstanding! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The food was great. But the service wasn’t amazing. The hostess who sat us was strange and not personable at all. Usually the staff will sing for birthdays and they didn’t this time. Two of our plates were dirty. Overall, it was our worst experience dining in there. But the food was good and we had plenty of left overs.

Fun atmosphere, host was very friendly. Server was not attentive so had to flag down a different server for drink refills. Food was great.

Not very good if there’s just two of you. Everything is family style so it makes it expensive for a couple. Or also restricts you to choosing the same dish.

Waiter was fantastic! The tday dinner was so flavorful it was hard to stop eating. We’ve been here before for thanksgiving and will continue doing so as the value for the amount and quality of the food is superb. Thank you!!

It was a first time for some of my family from out of town! We had Epic Jose and he was AMAZING! Kept you laughing and was so kind! Will definitely have to come back for my birthday for the colossal dessert!

Great food hot tasty wonderful. We sat at the kitchen table and had a wonderful time . Watch all the food go out seeing all the different things people ordered. Our server was good. Place was very clean and inviting. Manager was great. Loved our dinner.

Decent but menu has definitely shrunk and prices have increase significantly since our last visit. Even with a discount code it was still near $200 with tip for a family of four with two appetizers, two entrees, sides and drinks. Only way to really watch your bill here is with pasta specials. Again not happy about the shrinking menu either.

Sat us next to two large birthday parties. The staff was focused on the large parties, not our table of 4. It was very noisy. We needed to continue to ask for what should have been served on the table. They did have a “gluten friendly” menu but not much on it and they definitely don’t accommodate that diet. Will not visit Buca again, there are many other nicer Italian restaurants in town.

We held my mother's 80th birthday at Buca's for about 28 people. It was wonderful. Food, service and ambiance. We will be back again for the 90th!

Seated us near the bar and bartender was supposed to be our server. Had to get up multiple times to get things for our table, plates, refills on drinks, etc. Kids meal finally arrived 15 minutes after other food. Food was okay, but nothing one couldn’t make at home with a box of pasta and a jar of sauce. Definitely not worth the price.
