The dining area by the bar we were in was freezing cold. Mentioned it to the server. He told us other rooms were warmer. No suggestion to move us. Felt like total disregard to our dining experience.

Service was poor, food was ok. This was not our first time so we expected more. Ordered wine from the menu that “hadn’t been carried for 3 years” and got a comp wine that wasn’t comp’d.. disappointing

We were put at a table for 8 and had 10… It was really too close to be comfortable … and we booked way ahead but treated like it was last minute.

We went to celebrate a family birthday and no one but me had ever been to a Buca before! They all loved it. :) The food was outstanding and our service was very good, albeit a bit slow on the refills and such. It was a wonderful evening and we will be back!

Not a dining experience I wish to repeat. The salad was good but the entrees were only so so. Overcooked chicken with little seasoning. For the price I would have expected much better. Have eaten at other locations with far better experiences. Just a huge disappointment to us. As an aside the seating was AWFUL. The seats were ripped and the dining room was not in good repair. I would have been embarrassed if I was the manager of this location. Paid a premium price for a less than premium experience.

Our server was higher than a kite. We got great service and food was as expected. Just surprised that the management allowed a server to be at work when obviously too high.

We had a wonderful experience! Our server Daniel was amazing and we were very impressed with the overall attitude of all the staff working on Christmas Day. His coworker (blonde lady serving the large family) and he worked together beautifully to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction whether it was “their table” or not. And the food! OMW. Fantastic!!!! Great job Buca!

OMG I have never had that much food delivered as a spaghetti meal, I’m talking about a huge bowl that could feed 6 people (I’m not exaggerating). All the paste bowels were like that. They gave out $10 gift cards that I’ll use for the nurses carrying for our daughter in the ICU. Had fabulous food & value. Oh yeah we saw the ice cream sundae, it can also feed 6. 😊

Excellent service and ambiance. All the staff are very friendly. I do feel like the bill was a little crazy even for family style/large portions. Everyone enjoyed the food but I’m not positive it matched the price. This meal was fine a special occasion but I can’t say I’ll be back too soon because of the price.

Buca table host was wonderfully helpful changing our reservation for 12 earlier at 5.30p from 7.30p. Karen (wait staff) did an excellent job serving all the food family-style. Food was delicious. Wonderful time celebrating a birthday.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving meal! Fabulous, traditional turkey and dressing with all the sides, plus, you could order off of the traditional menu! The service was wonderful. Food as usual was good and abundant; however the children's pizza was overcooked and the carbonara pasta felt like it was a bit too simple (the sauce); but they weren't bad, just OK. The rest of the food was very good and the service excellent for a very busy day.

The food was great as always. The small portions serve 2 or 3 while a large serves 4 or 5 people. Be careful how much you order. If you order a gluten free meal, it is an individual serving. It looks very small compared to the family sizes you get from the normal menu. The atmosphere is great. I love all the pictures and photos on the walls. Service was a little slow but they get a pass since it was Thanksgiving Day. We had a great time.

Spinach cannelloni stuffed with chicken and cheeses was barely warm. waiter warned us the plate was very hot. we assumed it was because it had been put in the oven or under broiler to melt cheese on top. but the food inside the cannelloni pasta was barely warm. our waiter was great. felt a little rushed buy we asked for extra time and he gave us that. we were seated at the bar area and it was noisy because booths on either side of us were big groups and noisy.

The room we were originally seated in was crowded and noisy. We asked to move and we're immediately accommodated. The rest of the evening was perfect...delicious food and plenty left to carry home.

Apple salad, draft beer, lasagna, kids spaghetti and meatballs, pepperoni pizza. All very good value, basic Italian food nothing crazy delicious but I would return . Service was quick and friendly.

Had eaten here about 15 years ago. This time we had a large group(10) and felt we needed a lunch reservation before shopping. This was place was the only choice at our best time. Wish we had eaten at the mall food court. Place had not changed in 15 years. Food appearance was awful. Lasagna looked and tasted like a dried out log. Cheese cannolis or whatever it was called were ice cold inside. Bathroom toilets would not flush. Overall a waste of time and money. However mall was great!

Whenever I travel to a city and notice they have a Buca de Beppo I get excited. I love the family style meals. It’s a fun way to try a couple entree options if you were on the fence. We always leave happy, and comfortably full.
