The busser’s were more friendly than the servers & more willing to help with anything we asked. Servers need to do way better. Will not be revisiting due to service. Everything else was great.

Dinner on Mother’s Day for 9 people at 7:45 pm and left at 9:15 pm. Great place to eat, but not for a large group on a holiday. We were seated in the far back of the restaurant and felt forgotten at times and was especially far for 2 elderly adults with walker and cane. We ordered large calamari, large chicken parmigiana, large spicy chicken rigatoni, large lasagna, large garlic bread, and small spaghetti and meatballs. We used a free colossal brownie for dessert and $20 coupon. Food arrived cold and plates were delivered far apart and separate. Hard to get refilled drinks and only hot items seemed to be the fresh bread but was only given 1 plate for oil & balsamic vinegar for dipping until we requested a 2nd one after the half of the table was finished using the 1st dish. Overall expected the restaurant to be completely packed, but it wasn’t.

We are in town for a bowling tournament and this was our first time here for dinner(3of us), lively place but not too loud, our server (SUNDAY) was delightful!! We did like the family style servings. We ordered salad, baked ziti and stuffed shells with Italian sausage. Everything was so delicious, and affordable Highly recommend… as for SUNDAY( our server) she brought good vibes and lots a laughs to our table!! We are from the Central Valley, but if we’re back in the area in the future, we will definitely visit again and request SUNDAY to be our server again!!

The restaurant wasn’t very busy, (not sure if that was because of time of day or the prices that have risen to nearly out of reach.) Granted the food is delicious, service exceptional. They were out of the type beer that was wanted. Love this place, but won’t be going back as soon as normal

The facility was old and felt dirty. The cocktail menu was gross, worn, and dirty. Needed to hand sanitize after reading. Food was over priced and not amazing. Will not return. .

Waitress was also the bartender which lead to us receiving poor service. We didn’t receive bread until 20 mins of us sitting down and waitress had her hands full with the bar and had very few opportunities too check in on us and refill our drink. The food was decent but service was nothing to die for

We celebrated my daughters 25th birthday last night. It was not busy at all but the service was not only slow, but our waiter forgot to bring us wine glasses when requested as well as napkins and other miscellaneous items.

It’s expensive. For 5 people, the bill came to $250 with tip. We did take some leftovers home but, it’s about $50 per person. The menu had 3 meatballs for $30. We did not try them.

First of all, our server was Errole. He started out fine being friendly and lively. Then came the service. • Instead of putting the big heavy glasses of drink directly on the table, he handed it to each and every one in our party, and there were 8 of us. My 72-year old mom can’t possibly easily balance a huge heavy glass handed to her. And there’s also a chance we may drop it during hand-off • After our food was served, Errole didn’t check back with us with anything. We didn’t get refills on our drinks. We even waited forever for desserts, and we ended up not getting any because too much time has already passed to even order dessert. • Lastly, while I was packing leftovers on to a to-go container, Errole took the bowl from me while I was still scooping up everything from it. I “authoritatively” said to him, “Please put it back on the table.” He jokingly said, “Oh, you want the everything scooped offthe bowl.” Well, it doesn’t matter what my reason is; I wasn’t done scooping. It felt he wanted us gone from the table sooner, even if he never checked back with us at any time after all our food was delivered. I talked to the manager, I believe his name was Eli (I may be wrong), and he said he was gonna get in touch with me about the situation, and he never did. This is February 26, 2024, Sunday between 5pm and 8pm. Bottom line is it was our mom’s 18th Leap Year Birthday Celebration. We never got dessert, her birthday never got acknowledged, and I was disappointed that my mom didn’t get the birthday celebration she deserved, which only happens every 4 hours. Food was good, but service was bad, and management didn’t do anything about it.

We had not been in quite a while. Don't know why we delayed. Food is absolutely delicious. And the family-style menu is cool for a change. Having to decide on something together is actually fun. Starts the conversation on a positive, foodie note. Great time.

The food and drinks were amazing! The quality is definitely high at this place. The only complaint I have is that my waiter was not the friendliest. Being short and not making guests feel welcome on Valentine’s Day is a shame. Not coming back for another holiday!

The pepperoni pizza was delicious and plenty for three people. Also the garden salad was wonderful and plenty for three people. According to my son, the lasagna was terrific. He ate all of the small by himself! I don’t know how he did it! Our server Brittany was very pleasant and attentive.

Over priced for the food received $350 for five people, food was warm not hot. $40 for large Caesar salad. Won’t be returning.

Everyone has different experiences so here is mine: Food was dry and not tasty with even my kids not liking the personal pizza. From the appetizers to main dishes. No flavors to the sauce and the plates came out like they have been sitting in the warmers to long. Dessert was the best thing at the end even though the ice cream was over chilled. Service was great and the environment was great. Price for the food overpriced and rather head to Olive Garden.

I know it was Christmas Day - extended wait times & crowds are to be expected. I've been coming here on Christmas Day for at least 10 years and have never had an experience like this. We never received bread, butter or oil when we sat down. We never saw a busser or manager during the 2 hours we were seated. When asking for a beverage refill, it wouldn't arrive until I asked another server and then it took 15 minutes. One entree arrived, but not the second. My guest was hungry and ended up eating a portion of the first entree. The 2nd entree - a pizza - arrived 85 minutes late with what appeared to be uncooked dough and the topping was covered in grease. The manager did not charge us for the pizza. I( asked for the check at 6:20, but never got it until 6:55. Dishes were piled up all on surrounding tables as well as my table. Customers who arrived AFTER my party received bread, salad and their entree at least 30 minutes before my party. Very disappointing.

We stopped for dinner after visiting Santa with 4 kiddos under the age of 7. The energy level was HIGH and there were a few spilling accidents. Our server Daniel was very patient and on top of everything. We could not have had a better experience.

The food at buca claremont was below expectation. The value for magarita pizza is terrible. For a size small at $24 is ridiculous. Its not better than panera breads Flatbread pizza at 1/2 of the price, same size. And worse than pieology at 1/2 pirce while customer get lots more toppings. Even tradet joes pizza taste around the same level if not better at a much lower price. The chicken pesto penne pasta, we sub mushrooms for chicken to make it vegetarian and was charged an extra $1... really confused by that. Are you telling me mushrooms are more expensive than chicken?? The pasta costs $39, at least the chief should prep the dish with some care. The brocollis are in huge chucks and not fully cooked. Only tbr shrimp pasta was acceptable. Also all of our dishes look dated a dirty as well as the table cloth cracked color faded. Buca claremont has a lot work to do. If you are charging the price you charge, at least provide better quality food and dining experience. The servers are friendly and helpful, but we had to ask for the complimentary bread eventhough she brought us the olive oil dipping... a bit confused by that as well.. Also, no need to offer photography service and sell $20 a piece, it feels awkward when everyone is capable of taking pictures with his or her phone.

I'm not sure what has happened to Bucca. We have loved going for years with our family. We recently went and left feeling so disappointed. We made reservations, assuming it would be busy. It was not. Hostess never smiled once, barely greeted us and seemed annoyed. Once we were sat, it took over 10 minutes for anyone to come by and get our drink order. We ordered the garlic mozzarella bread. It barely had any cheese on it and was dry. We also ordered the antipasto salad that is normally enough for at least 4 people for $27.00. The bowl was very small and for the first time ever, we finished it because the portion was so small. Did I mention salad for $27 with barely any meat or cheese? I ordered the manicotti and it was TERRIBLE. This used to be my favorite dish. You could tell the manicotti had been frozen and merely heated up in the oven. The ricotta mixture was tasteless and almost watery (probably from being frozen) and the manicotti shell itself was crispy. I still can't get over how terrible it tasted. My husband got spaghetti and meatballs and liked it but $150 later, it was a waste of money and I have little desire to go back again.

We went in to have a birthday dinner for our son. We ordered the stuffed shells and the seafood pasta. The food took long to come out. Tables around us who were sat later and order after us got their food first. The stuffed shells were so disgusting, they were dry and burnt. Really disappointed that we paid for that.
