This is our favorite restaurant to eat at in Laughlin, NV. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable about the specials and regular menu items. We never have to wait very long to be seated or receive our orders.

We had a wonderful time dining at Bubba Gumps. The host was welcoming and thoughtful to wish me a happy birthday. It’s a cute concept and the food was delicious. Our server was busy but still very attentive. I started with a side Caesar salad and for my entree had the Markers Mark Bourbon Salmon with rice and vegetables. The sauce was tasty and although the salmon was slightly overcooked it was still delicious. My husband had the grilled Mahi and shrimp with garlic mash and vegetables which he enjoyed very much. We ended with the key lime pie, it was closer to a cheesecake but we enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately our server was really super busy and didn’t know, or possibly slipped her mind, that it was my birthday but we enjoyed our evening there and we will return in the future.

Do not go to this restaurant. They are racist and do not like Mexican people. Was completely ignored and had to leave due to such horrible experience. Try to resolve issue with manager but was totally dismissed.

They overcooked my ribeye which was expensive and it was 75% fat, also my daughter’s pizza was undercooked. Still ended up paying full price even though the manager was aware. The view from the water was beautiful though.

Bubba Gump is our go-to when we visit Laughlin, several times a year. As soon as we book our hotel, I also book my reservation for this restaurant. We love the food, the ambiance, the service and the river view. Always impressed with every visit.

We were greeted with smiles and seated right away. Waitress was prompt and friendly. She checked on us frequently and food came out quickly. Food was fabulous.

Definitely overrated. Food wasn’t cooked well. Either undercooked or overcooked. Mashed potatoes did not taste good & steaks were cold. Definitely overpriced. Was looking forward to this but now that I’ve been I know not to go back.

We were seated early for our reservation which was nice. The wait staff was quick to take drink orders and answer questions. The drinks were good and Bubba's Far Out Dip was hot and very flavorful. The main entrees of Shrimp Crab Boil and Shrimp New Orleans were cold and overcooked. Very disappointing. The Key Lime Pie was great. The best part of the meal. It took a long time to receive our bill at the end of the meal. We were looking forward to having seafood but the food was very disappointing.

Food was very mediocre. My shrimp and mashed potatoes were served room temperature. They should have been served HOT. Perhaps waitress left them in the kitchen too long. Think potatoes may have been cooked instant potatoes. Appetizer (calamari) served room temperature & not crispy. Also served after entree. If you like food prepared correctly DON’T GO THERE!

AWESOME….we LOVE Bubba Gumps! Love the ease in booking an online reservation. Great food, great service, and enjoy the outside dining with heat if it’s a bit cool!

Frozen food from the grocery store would have been better. Ordered calamari appetizer and it was cold and soggy. Sent it back and it was ok but for SOME reason our entrees were lost. When we did get them coconut shrimp was rubbery and wife's strawberry salad was wily and unappealing. This place e has went downhill in the past couple of years

Our waiter Luis was rude and inattentive, he hurried us to order and only went once to ask how everything was, I had to ask the manager for glasses of water, who also showed a negative attitude, at the end Luis took us the bill and rudely told us to give him the card to pay the bill.

We waited almost 10 min before the waitress came to take our drink order. I made reservations and arrived a bit early. The place was empty. We could have walked out. The place was wide open at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. No excuse for them to have attended us. We ordered clam chowder. The others received oyster crackers; one person didn’t. Waitress did not offer straws. Said she’d return but ultimately never received. Did not care for her inattentiveness

Service was great and we sat outside by the fire, so that was really nice. Rubbery $38 ribeye-don’t recommend getting this. New England clam chowder good. Drink in souvenir glass good. Previously had the strawberry salad which was good. I still like the place overall.

I was very disappointed my whole party got served except for me they forgot to turn in my order and by the time I got it, my guest had finished eating so I had to take it home with me. When person at our table kept asking for something four times and finally got it. I’ve always had great service there but this time it was not good at all.

We ordered the boil and they ask if we it for two we sure. They never told us it would double the price. There was no option for this on the menu. I figured maybe a split pate charge or something but double not cool! Also there was no corn in the boil. We had freind that ordered the boils and he had two cobs in his. This was a lesson learned on my part but wack service on yours!

Luis was our server for a table of 11 (laughlin location) and his costumer service was absolutely amazing.. My mom really enjoyed her birthday dinner, she has health issues and he brought a smile to her face that we all appreciated!! Thank him for us!!

My reserved table was ready early, which was great! Larry was our server. He was prompt, attentive and entertaining. The food was delicious and so was the margarita. Exceptional experience!

Our server was excellent. First time we have eaten there. We made early reservations to avoid the holiday crowd. It took nearly 1hr 15mins to get our food. I hope they can do better with their timing when this location is slow.

We had a great meal and loved the Crab and Shrimp Boil. We had a funny server and a trainee and both were great. We sat on the patio by the fire pit and really enjoyed everything.

The service was great as was the overall atmosphere however the food overall was mediocre - my husband didn't even eat his plate. The shrimp & crab rolls were ok, the fries were good. I also had the shrimp ceviche which was ok but the chips didn't seem fresh. I wish the food was better since this is a nice place.

It was 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night, didn't need a reservation. The prices have gone up like everybody else. The waitress was fine, the food took a little bit long, I got the three different shrimps with the sauces. The regular fried shrimp was overly cooked. The coconut shrimp was good, the tempura was a little bit soggy but I ate it anyway.
