This is my 3rd Bubba Gumps I have visited ( Nee York, London, Las Vegas) and unfortunately I have to say it was pretty poor customer service and the all round experience was disappointing. The waiter mumbled his way through our service with very little interest in our being there and when I came to pay I asked if they no longer did the quiz/ trivial he said “oh yes it’s most definitely still a thing” but he was “sleepy” and just forgot. He didn’t show us the specials or recommend anything and did not explain how I was to collect my souvenir glass from the shop. Luckily another guy helped me with that. When reserving our table we were asked if it was a special occasion to which I ticked that it was our anniversary but there was no acknowledgement of that either. Thankfully, food was 5star as always which saved the visit from being a complete disappointment. If you’re a Forest Gump fan as I am I would avoid this branch.

Our server was attentive and the ambiance but I wasn’t impressed with the food! I had the fish & chips with shrimp & hushpuppies. The fish wasn’t as good as Long John Silvers. The shrimp & hushpuppies were okay. My husband had the ribs & grilled shrimp which were a little better. Not much reason to go back.

Food and ambiance are excellent. The drinks are fun and service is 10/10 would definitely love to come back.

We were brought a starter we didn’t order, Our mains were brought before we had finished our starters , Drinks we hadn’t ordered were brought to us and when the waiter was advised we hadn’t ordered it he said ‘ he was trying to be helpful ‘ . My main of mixed shrimp was lovely as was the cup of gumbo but the fish chips were dry and over cooked . The bill was they brought before we had finished eating . They wanted rid of us and it wasn’t even closing time . I wouldn’t go back ‘
