Annex was cool, the four is mediocre, there were out of all mixers for the champagne towers except orange juice,

I was kind of disappointed in the service I received. I was there to celebrate my birthday and I honestly don't think I would come back. My table order was messed up multiple times. Food orders were forgotten as well as drinks. One person in my group ordered lamb chops and they never told us they ran out. I really expected more from this business.

Customer service was horrible the waitress never communicated with us I had to ask her 10 times to order food and drinks again waited 45 mins to get food on a 2 hour limit at the booth then once we got food the waitress comes and say ur time is up and time to move manager is horrible she’s rude and no ppl skills she don’t listen when trying to explain all they care about is getting as many ppl they can in and out without good customer service food was cold and nasty chicken had the fat on strips a waste of time and money DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY THERE……… Don’t waste ur time

The waitress screwed up the food orders for 4 people at our table. Didn’t want to correct her error and have the food remade - chose to go back and forth with us. Had to get a manager involved who rectified the matter. Which then prolonged the time it took for us to get our food and eat it. Keep in mind there is a 20% gratuity. 2 hour reservation, they will make you get up mid meal, refuses to reseat you EVEN if you have a second reservation for later in the day. Terrible service from all parties. The party portion was a Good vibe tho.

Had a reservation for 4pm. Didn’t get sat till 4:45 at least. Once sat, had to wait another hour before a waitress came after flagging down many waitresses just to be ignored. By the way, this was for my birthday. So we sat there with no drinks or food. Once we got a waitress it took another 20 minutes just to get our drinks. We decided not to get food because she said it would take over an hour. And the way things were going we didn’t expect to be stay much longer. After getting our drinks the waitress didn’t come back for another 40 minutes. We could have easily walked out on our tab and she would have never known. Lastly, we got charged gratuity for very poor service, gratuity was not cheap either. Which I don’t mind if I actually felt like the service was worth it. This was my first time at Annex and I probably would not come back due to the service. The Dj and music were great though. Maybe we should’ve came at a less busy time. 4pm was pretty busy.

Literally wasn’t sat until 40-50 minutes after my scheduled reservation time. In the event my party had no arrived timely I’m sure we would have been bumped. After being seated my server accused us of sitting ourselves and saying the table was reserved for someone else. After waiting an eternity to be seated we were told to move? I will say outside of all that the ambiance was top tier. The host and DJ and replacement waitress were amazing.

Disappointed took 2 hrs for a 2 hr reservation, waitress came to see us more for the bill then service.

Went yesterday to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. Tried the cherry cheesecake shot they had and it was delicious. The chicken in the chicken and waffles was bomb. The music and vibe was great. Overall had a good experience!
