Wonderful Italian food gem in Central Texas , worth a stop if you are passing nearby. The restaurant is in a restored/remodeled historic house which made the ambience unique. One of the most impressive aspects was that most of the menu items are or could be prepared gluten free and the ones we had were all delicious. Great fast service, selection and quality for our party of 5 celebration. This was a fantastic find and value , very much looking forward to returning.

Hidden gem in Brenham! The food and service were outstanding. All of the food is produced locally and made from scratch in-house. We couldn’t decide what dish we loved the most!

Really great food!! And a value for the quality. It would be better if the server had fewer tables. But I know hiring these days is really hard.

Made reservation after recommendation by a friend. Must have been an off night to say the least. Food very mediocre and service terrible. Waitress made excuses for poor service at most tables. Very noisy room. Other than cute Bluebonnet flowers on the table nothing good to say about this experience.

The food was delicious. The server was helpful and attentive without being overly hovering. I loved that we could visit easily without loud music. No, honestly, I’m not “OLD” I just enjoy hearing the person across the table.

This was our first visit to this local restaurant. The food was great, and service was genuine and just the right amount of attentive. The wagyu meatballs and crispy potatoes were tasty starters, and we all loved our various pasta specialties. Mine, specifically, was the wild boar bolognese. Great wine selection!! We will return soon!

We love this intimate, family owned restaurant. Last evening, things were a bit off. We were seated and our orders taken promptly. Salads came out slowly, and still no wine. My husband physically went to find a wait person. Finally I received a glass of wine with apologies. Entrees were delayed significantly, and no one checked on us meanwhile. The portion size of chicken parm was very small, maybe 4 oz. We overheard wait staff telling other diners there was a backup in the kitchen. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not on par with their usual. I will give them another try, hopefully this is not a trend.

We had a wonderful dinner! Service was excellent. The only thing, and it's not a complaint, but a suggestion. Our table was very small and in a corner, so movement was limited. Again, not a complaint as this is a very nice place to have a relaxing and delicious meal❤️

We went to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We were sat in a room with a very large loud party of 10+ which made it extremely hard for my small party of 3 to chat over dinner with the overpowering group in the room. Especially with my mother being hearing impaired. I would suggest giving such a large party their own room as to not steal the entire dinner experience from other diners seeking to be able to hear one another. For Brenham standards this restaurant is probably the best in town. However, being from Houston there were a few things left to be desired. A better dining experience with seating parties. A lot of the food needed a touch more of something - salt, spice, something. Charcuterie board was missing a salty or sweet element, very much a board of mild flavors. Wine list could be more varied - though the prices were great.

A wonderful little restaurant in Brehnam in an old house. The garlic bread was the best I have ever eaten and my eggplant Parmesan was delicious. My friends’ said their tomatoes Pasta with shrimp was good but not great as was a little dry. I still would recommend it.

This restaurant was fabulous. I highly recommend eating here if you are ever in Brenham. Our waiter was so good. His pronunciation of the entrees and wine was wonderful to listen to. The homemade pasta is spectacular.
