Whilst the food and service were both very good. There was still a feeling that this was a hotel restaurant. With the outdoor seating overlooking the hotel swimming pool, sitting indoor is definitely a nicer atmosphere. Nice restaurant but would not be rushing to go back.

We went based on recommendations from a friend, whom recommended it last year. After we booked it, they warned us that the restaurant has changed format. We went anyway since we already booked it on Open Table. The restaurant has a nice décor, easy parking (but very steep ramps, so for lowered cars be careful!). The service was very good and the wait staff is trained well. We were disappointed as there was no more tasting menu options. We had the $56 Spanish ham but it was not what we expected. It was precut and not as nice as we would have thought for that price. We have been to Spain and expected for that price it would be similar. We also had the Artichokes which was tasty but anything fried with a nice cream sauce is pretty good. The options are more main meals and some that we observed from nearby tables could be shared. The Striped Bass was good but not great. The spices used were unique but the fish to us was little overcooked. The pasta with morels had very little pasta and was more veggie based; it was flavorful but not completely satisfying. The Mexican Hot chocolate was a cold pudding desert that was not very sweet, a bit gritty in texture and not that good at all. The cheesecake was ok but not that special. We read the Yelp reviews during dinner and all the great reviews were when they had the tasting menu as the reviews all raved about a number of those tasting dishes. There were only two reviews this year (2024) and they read like someone from the restaurant writing it, which I think was the case:( They need to go back to their tasting menu as their current menu seems over prices and not that special. We were really looking for more tasting dishes that would remind us of our travels to Spain but this was far from that :(

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but my biggest issue with this place is the price for what you get. The food is mediocre at best and the prices do not align with the quality of food. Service was outstanding, and ambience was nice. Lower your prices or the improve the food. No wow factor whatsoever. Sorry Broma, we wanted to love it.

I dined with three friends, two of which had eaten here before. We were seated right on time. They had great cocktail menus with excellent choices for wines and spirits. We had three great small plates and shared three mains, and it was exactly the right amount for our hearty appetites. Extra kudos to the staff who were perfectly accommodating without being overly fawning.
