I’d just expect more than what we got. Cold food. Slow and inattentive service. The biggest downside is how big the restaurant is, but then they cram everyone like sardines into a small corner of the restaurant. You’re right on top of each other. Meanwhile there’s all this wide open space. It’s a very poor use of space. Since we don’t have many great restaurants down this way, we will be back, but we wish Brix would improve the above things.

We come here frequently. Love the house salad & the burgers are great. I gave it only four stars because they were short staffed & service was slow. We came at the end of happy hour so maybe that’s why the kitchen was backed up. Hoping this improves for our next visit!

Ordered Prime Rib medium rare came out medium well, waitress tried to replace it however it was all over cooked by chef. Manager was nice enough to take it off our bill. Drinks were good, wine was good. Band was not very good

Are outside and it was really nice. Would have been too loud inside with the music. Food was excellent - service excellent. Food reasonably priced! Will go back for sure!

My group of 7 guys comes weekly to Brix for lunch every week. I reserve ahead of time and change the number of guys the morning of lunch. Our table is always ready for the number I reserve and the waitress is always prompt about attending to our needs. We love the variety and quality of the food!

My colleague and I had a reservation at 6:30pm on Tuesday May 22nd. We arrived promptly at 6:30 and informed your host (blonde female) the name our reservation was under. She informed us that due to the 200 person party, our table was not ready yet. She recommended we sit at the bar until it was ready. My colleague and I made our way to the bar and took a seat. The bartender asked if we were with the large party. We informed him we were not and he told us that the far side of the bar was closed for service. My colleague and I were at a loss as to where to sit because the bar was full and our table was not ready. Because we had made a connection with the host personally and were not informed to watch for a text when our table was ready, my colleague and I were waiting for someone to tell us our table was ready. While waiting, a server (brunette female) informed us we could sit on the long green sofas. My colleague and I waited patiently to be ushered to our actual table while we ordered drinks. During our time waiting, I had missed a text message at 6:45 informing me that my table was ready. I also missed a phone call, I believe from the host. “No worries, she saw us walk in, she knows we are here and probably didn’t want to disturb us” we thought. Drinks in hand, I returned to the host informing her I got a text that my table was ready. She was confused saying “you’re [my name]??? Oh your table was given to someone else.” This was the same host that told us to wait at the bar and someone would come get us when our table was ready. My friend and I felt invisible and insignificant. We returned to where we were before and our server tried to remedy our experience by comping a dessert - very kind. Thankful for the server and dessert but we were seen, confirmed, then utterly forgotten about. No one likes to feel invisible, especially when they were punctual for their reservation.
