BRIX is set in an 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge only minutes from The Tate Modern, Bankside & Borough Market.

The space is split across our main Dining Hall, our Lounge Bar, private Dining Rooms and our late night Basement Bar.

Our vision is to showcase great British seasonal and sustainable produce. Inspired by the Steak & Smoke houses of New York’s Meatpacker District and Brooklyn’s all day dining scene. We offer "Gourmet Street food", aged meats, locally sourced fish, craft beers, brunch & Bespoke Cocktails.

We also offer Private Dining, Exhibitions, All Day Dining, Hot Desks, Album launches, Film Screenings, weekly DJ’s and live events surrounded by a revolving collection of Street Art, all available for purchase by our Patrons.

We went for the Sunday Roast. It was delicious and came with a complimentary glass of wine. The service was impeccable.

It was the best Sunday roast I have had in a long time. I did not need to add any salt and pepper cause everything was seasoned to perfection. The drinks were nice and the service was on point. I would come back and eat the other things on the menu.

Outstanding value for money. Exquisite quality beef in the burgers. Brilliant friendly & professional service. Great price point, too. Y'all need to try this place for lunch! I recommend and will certainly be eating there again soon. The platter is firmly on my radar.

Was skeptical as I’d seen the service wasn’t great but we had great service. We had great service, really enjoyed the food and music was great. It was very empty however and not a whole lot of people but it was good overall.

Food was good, the roasts are a good portion size for the price. The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being quiet. I had to ask multiple times for someone to take my order

Really easy menu. Amazing food and the veux board is exactly what you want for a sharing platter for 2. Nice drinks selection and desserts amazing.

The food took longer than expected. Staff were friendly. When the bill came the dinks were charged steps yet they were part of a deal so informed staff when they returned with the new bill the drinks were included but they added 2 sides we had not eaten so informed the staff again who said the tills had issues . The correct bill came the third time but was not happy with the experience. The food was ok but the beef was bitter after eating the sweet chicken and ribs tho the first bite of beef so the trick is eat all the beef first before the rest of the platter which is sweeter . Could have rated above average if the beef was better and bill correct from the get go . The food advert for the deal is misleading at it makes it out you get 2 platters for 20 pound each but it’s actually 1 platter for £40 however the deal price is still fare given the prices rocket everywhere.
