Great dining spaces, comfortable chairs, great menu, fun drinks of all kinds. My Impossible patty was charred, but was still good so I didn't send it back, just thought it could have been watched better. After food was delivered, server did not check on us to see if everything was okay, so hot things got cold while we waited to get her attention and get condiments. No big deal, just a couple of ways to improve. Will go back because I always appreciate veggie options - thank you!!!

Loved having Mother’s Day Brunch here! Excellent food choices & service! Bottomless Mimosas are always a treat! Definitely recommend this place for the special holiday brunches or any weekend! Our server Madison was friendly and gave great service!

This was a nice Mother’s Day brunch however the sausage gravy was made with maple sausage and was cold. Waffles were crusty and hard. Scrambled eggs were way too firm for me. The best thing about this brunch was our bartender Marlon and his mojito!

Food ordered was not served. Chicken on salad was dry. The server did not check on us, we had to go find her 3 times.

Came for dinner on a Friday night. It was during Happy Hour . It is a large industrial space so it was noisy. The food was tavern food. Prices ok for HH. $14 for a cocktail seemed more like fine dining price but the drinks were good. $118 with tip for 3 HH snacks and 3 cocktails.

Great brunch experience. we were at the first seating of the morning at 9:30 where the background music was perfect to be able to have a conversation but a half hour into it someone cranked up the music to where we had to speak loudly to hear each other. Food is consistently great as well as the consistent friendly and professional staff. can’t wait to come back, but maybe layoff the background volume a little bit so people can speak normal.

I was a bit shocked at the price for the St Pats sliders. There literally was 3 tiny pieces of meat on the two rolls. A regular corned beef sandwich is about and inch thick w meat so they need to fix the price or add more meat. Was not a good value even for eating out!

Everything was perfect! The only thing was that I ordered the Bacon Mac and Cheese and it had no flavor and the pasta was over cooked :/

Brix has the best brunch and bottomless mimosas! However we did have a reservation for 1:15 and didn’t get sat until around 1:45. We didn’t see our server until almost 20 minutes after we were sat. They were busy so I can understand that, but we saw our server check on the tables around us multiple times before he came over to us.

The eggs were a little weird, but everything else was great! My steak was cooked perfectly and the demi glaze was so flavorful.

We had a terrible experience. After being seated the server didn't come take our order for 45 minutes. We then waited another 45 minutes for our food and it was clear it had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time because it was icy cold. The eggs were dry and overcooked and the bacon was rubbery. The hashbrowns were soggy. Our server never came back the entire time we were there to check on us. We had to track someone down to get our check.

Food was average. Appetizers came out lukewarm, lava cake came out frozen in the middle and had to be sent back. Overall not worth it!

This was early evening — 5:45 seating. Server was helpful & knowledgeable. Drinks arrived ok. Took awhile to get our food order in. Burger was charred & dry around the edge, only the center & the tots were edible. Pasta dishes had sat & only the center was ‘warm.’ Server did not check back with us in a timely manner for us to ask for it to be reheated & we had tickets for the ballet so needed to leave. Disappointing experience. Not sure we will be back.

A group of seven with two young children ate at Brix. The server was very attentive to the parents’ request for the children and brought their food out first. Along with drink cups with lids and straws. Very nice! We all enjoyed our food, including fried chicken, chicken pot pie and halibut tacos. Good seasoning and flavors!

This place has really gone downhill, ll except for the prices which remain high. Very few other diners on a Friday night, yet service was painfully slow. Drink orders took forever. Food was fair at best. We used to love this place. Won’t be back.

Came down to Portland for Valentine’s Day and was checking out a few menus. This place was reasonably priced and had some great food offerings! Super happy with both the food and service.

My husband and I had never been to Brix before, but reviews were pretty good and we wanted to try a new to us place for breakfast. Staff was lovely—friendly, attentive, etc. We liked the big windows which gave the space outside light. The openness of the room was a plus, but we got there early, so don’t know if it’s a benefit when the place is full and noisy. The food—I ordered a Dungeness crab and shrimp omelette and had them hold the hashbrowns. My husband ordered the waffle with bacon. First, the omelette looked beautiful and was perfectly cooked. The waffle was cold, but according to my husband it was tasty anyway. The omelette was filled with an almost pasty mixture of what was supposed to be crab and shrimp. I took one bite and the fishy flavor was strong. I scooped the rest of the filling out of the omelette and sat it aside. I had concern about eating it. When the server came back and inquired about our breakfast I explained that the omelette filling tasted super fishy. I suggested she have the chef try it as I was convinced it was well passed the use by date. She said she’d replace my meal with something else if I’d like. I chose not to do that, but finished eating my plain omelette. It was delicious without the filling. While I never heard whether the chef agreed with me on the crab/shrimp our bill came and the server had removed the cost of my order. We may drop by Brix for a second time just because the staff was so great. I won’t order any seafood though!

I’ve been going to Brix for at least a decade or more. Always enjoy the food, but there have been some changes to standards on the menu that I’m not as happy about but the quality is still good. Good service and good value.

We all had the best breakfast. The meals were fairly priced and the food excellent. Our service was top notch. They give you the most amazing warm jelly donuts when you arrive which is an instant positive vibe as soon as you sit down.

We were looking for a “fun” brunch spot and Brixx fit the bill! My husband and teenage daughter and I met up with my friend and her boyfriend and daughter. Everyone enjoyed their food and the adults in the party REALLY enjoyed the $13 unlimited mimosas! I will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Also, our server Erica was sweet as pie and took great care of us.

I love coming here on the weekends. The food is amazing, drinks top notch and the customer service is above excellent. I recommend Brix to anyone in the area to drop by and check out the good vibes, food and drinks!

Caveat: this was a very slow weekday lunch due to horrible winter weather, and I think staff was short. However, business was also super slow that day. The food was average, nothing special. The shrimp bento was one-note, and could have been so much more (coleslaw had same flavor as teriyaki sauce, and could have instead been special on its own with a spicy japanese dressing). Peanut sauce was good, though. Mac-n-Cheese was boring--my date didn't finish it. We asked for honey and milk for her tea and they brought cream and simple syrup. Definitely not the same. Probably not returning.

Our food order was slow and one meal did not arrive until after the other main course item were already eaten. They did remove the cost from the bill. One of our glasses had a chip out in it.
