All in all, a very good meal. I have been here several times now and there are many good things to choose from on the menu. Always hard to choose which dish to go with. This would probably be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the weird addition of a dual fee to the bill. Normally I have seen that tacked on when one person orders and two people share the meal. But that did not happen, I ordered and ate an appetizer and an entree size salad and my wife who wasn’t hungry had a cocktail. So it was a little odd to get charged the dual service fee. But beyond that, food here is reliably consistent, delicious and ample portions.

Very accommodating for a large group, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The quality of food and level of service was not level with the associated cost. The fish and chicken dishes were not seasoned, and a couple items ordered were not brought out. Overall a underwhelming experience for a "fine dining" meal.

Very nice restaurant and ambiance. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was very good but service was average...perhaps because there was a large party there as well? I had my favorite the crispy skin salmon while she tried the daily whole fish fried. Both were very fresh and delicious. Had to help her with her fish because it was so big! It was perfectly seasoned and fried! had to take mine home to enjoy later. Will be back to try the whole fish grilled next time.

Briquette exceeded expectations. The food was beyond delicious; our server, Will, was a funny, friendly and knowledgeable presence! Try the redfish - I will be dreaming about this dish for years to come! Probably one of the best meals I've ever had. And the beignet bread pudding - I could've brought a dozen home with me, they were that good!

Outstanding experience! Delicious food, probably the best duck I have ever had & the grit- goat cheese cake is also amazing! Great service, nice drinks and an overall great time there!

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang, Service aber gut. Allerdings verbreitet das Empfangsteam schlechte Stimmung, schade! Essen war gut.

Outstanding food, some of the best. The portions are huge, enough to share. The noise level was pretty high and it was hard to have a conversation with anyone that you were not sitting next to. The place was full and everyone was talking loudly, it was an after Fest crowd. Service was a little slow, but they were crowded. We will return and order one entree and share.

Wonderful service and delicious fresh fish. Able to accommodate some changes to the dishes when requested. Very accommodating. And not too difficult to get a reservation compared to other nearby restaurants. Definitely plan on returning when back in NOLA.

The food was absolutely awful. Steaks were overdone and Brussels sprouts seemed like they were reheated from days prior. Would not visit again.

This meal experience exceeded our expectations! Our server was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The oysters, crab bisque , branzino and red snapper were excellent. The drink list was unique and delicious. We will be back !

This was my second visit to Briquette, the last being in November 2023. When we arrived, the dining area was approx 1/2 full. We could barely hear the waiter as he was addressing us. We ordered the appetizers, steamed mussels and the Lump Crabcake Napoleon. The mussels were mushy and overdone, the Crabcake Napoleon was simply ok. The entrees were ok at best. The waiter struggled to describe how each dinner was served. The duck was smothered in a sauce which was also covering the vegetable. Unfortunate because my guest had never eaten in New Orleans. Lastly the restaurant choses to charge an administrative fee to use a credit card, which I understand, however, when the receipt is received, the "recommended tip" is for the entire amount of the bill to include the credit card administrative fee, which, in my mind is highly inappropriate. There are many dining choices in New Orleans so it will be some time before I return. Hopefully my review will cause them to review policies and standards. Best regards

Great place to dine for flavored food , exactly what you come to New Orleans for. Amazing service and wine selections. The staff and owners are very personal. My out of town friends loved it.

Food tasted amazing! The caramelized scallops were to die for! The Halibut was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was so friendly. We are in town for a conference and she had suggestions of areas to visit. She checked on us multiple times, exceptional service and attention.

Waiter was great but food was super oily even thought I asked it to be cooked dry no butter no oil and sauce on the side( and it wasn’t) but Kevin was great! Food was expensive for what it was imo.

we were fortunate to get a table for 8 at the last minute and were gretes warmly and served by TJ who was an excellent host. The meals were amazing although very large compared to what we ar served in Australia - but all were extremely tasty

We were expecting a great experience that totally went wrong from the beginning ! Our waiter Mike was entertaining but as far as service, not! Our wine was put on the table unopened for 10 minutes, second bottle was dropped unopened before the rest of the drinks were delivered! 4 of our meals came, 15 minutes later 3 more meals then 15 minutes later the last meal! All of them sat under the heat lamps forever! We would not recommend this place!! We were not compensated for anything!! We are in the restaurant industry & this service was disgusting & it was not a full house!

Great and classy spot where the kitchen is a glass wall and you can all the amazing chefs working. Ciera our waitress was very nice and attentive. We had seafood that could had been a little hotter but it taste delicious.
