Wait time and service was particularly long maybe because it was Mother's Day weekend. Waiting for slice of desert took 20 minutes. Our server wasn't easily accessible. Waiting for the check took about 10 minutes. Food was OK but not as good as the way Brio made them before.

We often eat at Brio and love it, but it was Mother’s Day and the experience was not up to par. The kitchen ran out of vegetables and only had asparagus as a side and either our server or the kitchen messed up two of our four orders. Our server failed to bring requested lemons and olive oil, not really a big deal but we were dining out so we couldn’t exactly get these things ourselves. I will continue going to Brio but never again on a special holiday.

The place was busy and understaffed. This isn’t an inexpensive place to eat and the service was horrible. The table next to us left. The food was just average at best. I’ve eaten here before on multiple occasions but will not be going back.

We have been to Brio many times in the past. We went there for an early dinner before going to the theater. My wife had a salad with salmon. I had the salmon Fresca. The salmon was totally overdone and burnt tasting. Our server did offer to replace the salmon, but we didn’t have time. Overall, our meal was quite marginal and was a lot more expensive than the last time we went there. Our server was great and we were not upset with her at all. They did offer us a free dessert was fair compensation for the quality of my meal.

Brio Frontenac was an amazing experience. With a party of 11, the waitress was very quick with ordering and making sure everyone was satisfied. They made our special occasion that much more special by acknowledging and celebrating with us. It truly was a great experience.

We always enjoy offers presented with Brios discounts. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the chicken, lobster Bisque and Caesar salad. The roll that was included was also fresh and tasty.

Like always, we had a wonderful experience with our large group of 11 at Brio! Our reservation was for 10 people; however at the last minute we had an out-of-state relative show up! Your hostess was so gracious about making it work! Our server, Angela, was outstanding! All of our food came out at the same time and everybody was impressed with their entree’s! Also, I just wanted to thank you for accepting large group reservations through the Open Table App! So many restaurants won’t let you book a party over six people on the app! You guys allowing us to do this was so convenient and accommodating for us! See you all next time!

First time here for lunch. Server going through the motions uninspired. Broken espresso machine. Gummy lobster bisque. Calamari appetizer sparse but swimming in multiple sauces. Pastas ok. Dessert ok. Wine list adequate. Disappointed.

Always good. Surprised to learn weekend menu prices are much higher than weekdays for same foods/sizes. Getting too pricey. So that was annoying but otherwise very food.

Food quality was mediocre. Ordered Pasta Bolognese, should be a signature item in an Italian restaurant. Not very good: dried out sauce and way overcooked mushy pasta. Extended wait to place order, even longer to receive it. Way Too long. After this long wait, wrong entree was served. Then had to wait even longer for fix. Waitress never offered grated cheese for pasta. No check in to see if everything was OK. Other failures: charged the wrong price for the wines BTG. Wrong size keyed in. One of our BTG choices was unavailable. Found that out after long wait. Restaurant seemed understaffed—especially wait staff, despite not that many customers. Perhaps 1/3 full at peak time. No good bye or thank you from indifferent hostess staff. No management presence on the floor. They get a failing grade. Not much right here. No reason to give this place a second chance. So many dining alternatives. Prediction: This place OOB within a year!

The food is always fantastic here and making reservations for brunch made it very easy to be seated. We were a large party and everyone was completely satisfied with the brunch selections. We could tell our wait staff was new so we gave her a pass. We have been going to Brio foryears and we can see the difference in the wait staff. In order to receive an excellent rating from me I feel the overall food, ambience and service should be on point.

When we arrived for dinner, restaurant was totally filled, with many tables of young people dressed for prom. In spite of the flurry of activity, we were seated promptly, got terrific service from Milli, were served an outstanding meal (as usual) and really enjoyed our food. Well done!

The table service was terrible. It took 45 minutes before our waitress came to take our order. A table seated at the same time as us received their food before a server ever came to our table to take our order. Our food was fresh and hot when we got it. We were seated outside and the outdoor patio is beautiful.

Enjoy dinner here several times never an issue today. My pasta was served warm not hot. We was extremely busy with other tables which is understood, everyone is short of staff.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night, it was busy and lively. The food was good but had very small portions.

Food quality has gone downhill and felt more mass produced. I think the fettuccine Alfredo my kids bought was jarred sauce and grocery store pasta. Good prices and they get you in, so better than fast food but that’s about it

Hostess took a group to seat at the same time- you here, you over there. Waitress was ok. Salmon salad was Not good! Feel like this restaurant has really gone downhill.

I’m sorry, the menu prices are so high! I love the restaurant but it is no longer anything other than a very special occasion place.
