The place was great for a large group. It was quiet enough for us all to talk, but loud enough to seem active. The food was good enough but nothing to write home about.

My son and I both had just pasta with Pomodoro sauce and sides of broccolini, red pepper, and sautéed spinach with garlic. Their food & bread is always outstanding. This time we had flawless service by Paige. We will be back!

Our server was not at the top of his game, for example he forgot our side dish which was for me a main dish. But the quality of the food is outstanding! Their pasta, rigatoni texture, is unbeatable! The broccolini was done to perfection! they graciously made a gluten-free meal for our son with shrimp, but we will stick to something on the main menu next time for gluten-free, their salmon salad is fabulous.

This is the last time I will dine there. We had a reservation for four avd waited a short time, however our table was in front of the kitchen and was extremely noisy. It was awful. I ordered the gorgonzola camapanelle and had a very difficult time tasting any gorgonzola...In the old days, Brio served a wonderful basket of bread that included a terrific crunchy white bread (lavosh?). Evidently that basket is no longer served and we received a few pieces of sour dough bread. I was told the "crunchy" bread that was available was "not the same but 'close'" to what I remembered and that it was $2.00 a basket. I ordered it and took it home for the dogs... awful... The waitress may have been busy because she was not very attentive to our table. I've dined there for years and will now say 'ciao" to a once favorite dining spot in Southlake. Covid is no longer a valid excuse... convenient, perhaps, but worn out.

It’s been a while since we’ve been and our experience was very pleasant. The bread to the table was nicely warm and the food portions were more than enough. Thank you for the great service, we tipped 25% just because we had such a great experience.

Usually give 5 stars but this was not as good as usual. My food was bland and my wife's meal was not made correctly. When the waiter noticed the dish was not correct, he just said sorry and didn't offer to correct it or have it remade. Hopefully next time the kitchen will be back to the usual high quality.

First visit to Brio. The service was outstanding: Bailey is friendly, prompt, personable, and offered good suggestions. She paced our meal out perfectly and we never felt rushed or neglected. Just a great experience with her as our server. The food was good, not great. The sausage and ricotta was the winner of the night. Big portion, delicious house-made ricotta, and the crust was perfect. Both of our pastas weren't bad, just not as flavorful as the menu descriptions suggest. The arrabiata sauce was thin, and a little bland. The gorgonzola sauce was tasty, but also thin for a cream sauce. We'd return just to try some other items out, but again, the service was the best part of the meal. Thanks, Bailey!

The brunch menu was very limited and not what we expected for an advertised brunch on open table. It seemed like much more of an afterthought to their regular menu.

The shrimp and scallop risotto was some of the best I have ever had. You definitely can't go wrong getting it.

It was OK. Service was very slow and food was OK. You can get the same meals much cheaper at other places and usually tastier.

We love certain parts about Brio. The food was just ok, but we love the ambiance of the location.

Our group was celebrating a birthday. Bailey was our server and she was excellent! Constantly mindful of our needs and full of knowledgeable recommendations!

Beef carpaccio always amazing. Lamb chops and asparagus were the perfect entree. Fingerling potatoes were uninspired... no seasoning... and no salt or pepper on the table. I will, of course, be back.

We went to Brio for Valentine's Day. The service was superb. They had a Vday special for a reasonable price per couple. My only issue was that one of the specials (the one I really wanted) they were out of lobster. It was a lobster and shrimp risotto dish that sounded wonderful. When the waiter informed me they were out of lobster, he offered that they could make the dish with just shrimp. I asked if they could substitute scallops for the missing lobster but was told they would not. Very disappointing. So, I went with my second choice, the crusted beef medallions. The beef was well-prepared but the "crust" was just little pancake-looking things that sat on top of the beef. Not crusted as I would have expected. The pancake-looking things were so loaded with the cheese flavor, I couldn't eat them. Everything else was perfect. Wife had the salmon and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The lobster and shrimp was not available. We had a 6:15 reservation. Seems like poor planning for a valentine’s special meal.

My husband enjoyed his lasagna more than I enjoyed my rigatoni. I would come back for lunch only.
