Normally this is a good place to eat. I’m usually here once a month. Today was not. Food was bland and tasteless. Service was poor at best. Friendly yes, efficient no, attention to detail, absent. Too long to get food, had to ask for Parmesan cheese for pasta twice, had to ask for more ice tea then had to ask for ice for tea twice, had to ask for cream for coffee twice even though it was ordered with the coffee. Both times it took too long. Told the manager. His response was “sorry to hear that” then walked away. I’m not sure I will go back and I have been going here for at least the last 5 years. Very disappointed.

The food was excellent, as well as the service! There were not a lot of people in the dining room, so it was quiet and easy to have a conversation.

Normally we dine at Brio’s with friends, but tonight we were returning from the airport. We were served quickly. The food was delicious as usual. We continued on our way home about 45 minutes after we arrived.

The place was great for a large group. It was quiet enough for us all to talk, but loud enough to seem active. The food was good enough but nothing to write home about.
