We took my mom out for her birthday. We usually frequent Duane’s or Fleming’s for birthdays but we decided to try something new. Brio has great service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend Brio for any occasion. We will definitely be going back.

I have enjoyed eating at this Brio location in the past, but the experience this time was well below expectations. The Chicken Marsala was largely unflavored, with chicken that was very tough. The asparagus was overcooked. The broccolini was tough and undercooked. The gnocchi side dish was basically swimming in oil and bland, as well. The only dish we enjoyed was the mushroom ravioli side and the free bread (which is reliably delicious). Service, on the other hand, was attentive and pleasant. I hope this was just a bad night, but we won't be going back anytime soon.

Waiter was terrible. He took our order, brought our order and never came back to check on us. Never brought out drink for one of our guest. Just terrible service. Food is ok but not worth the price.

While the menu reads the same, the recipes have changed a bit. The calamari appetizer was excellent and the lobster bisque was ok. Less sherry in it although they added chunks of lobster. The entrees, mushroom ravioli, Brio pasta and pasta with vodka sauce was just so-so. It was a birthday dinner and we weren’t even offered dessert menus. Disappointing.

Great ambiance as always. Food has changed for the worse and is the main driver of this review. The food is not well cooked. Bruschetta sampler’s bread and toppings are not or barely cooked; raw chunk of red pepper, unmelted cheese, cold slice of steak, etc. Lamb chop appetizer appears pre-cooked and was not even warmed up properly. Salty cold fries. Shrimp and eggplant appetizer seems pre-prepared and not warmed up properly. You get the drift on the food front. And because of the food failure I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon. Server was rushing us because she’s about to leave her shift.
