Le BRIO (qui signifie « animé » ou « plein de vie ») est un restaurant « décontracté et raffiné » servant une authentique cuisine italienne du nord. L'appellation « gril toscan » décrit à merveille un menu qui se compose de steaks rôtis au four, de côtelettes et de fruits de mer, semblable à ce que l'on pourrait trouver dans un authentique « ristorante » de la Toscane. L'établissement est situé à distance de marche du Cincinnati Reds Great American Balllpark et à quelques minutes en voiture de la US Bank Area. La devise du BRIO est « bien manger, c'est bien vivre », raison pour laquelle ce restaurant n'utilise que les ingrédients les plus frais.     When we showed up for our 6pm reservation we were told we needed to wait for an hour for the next available table. No reason to make a reservation at Brio if it isn't honored. Oh, we left like many others who had the same reservation experience.

    - Our reservation was 30 minutes behind schedule - no big deal as it was Mother's Day - Server took drink order but took several minutes to get them (waiting on clean dishes) - One entree was missing; no shaved cheese offered for pasta dishes (brought out by GM in training) - Steak on salad was practically jerky; kids chicken tenders dry and tough to eat - Took several minutes to get the check; our card was used to pay another bill; took several more minutes to straighten out - Drinks went dry - Overall, a poor experience and will not be visiting in the near future

    Made a reservation I had to wait an hour before seating. The service was awful. it took over 30 minutes to get a drink order. Once we ordered our drink, it took another 30 minutes before the drinks arrived to the table. We waited over an hour for a food to come. the actual food was good. But overall, it was a very poor experience.

    Had a 4:30 reservation on Mothers Day. Did not get seated until 5:30. Asked to be seated inside but they sat us outside. At 7:15 still did not have our dinners so asked for our food to be boxed because we were sick of sitting there. Food was delivered shortly after but missing one of the 5 dinners. We left without the food and will never ever go back.

    Waiters, waitresses & cooking staff were excellent. However, we heard that Open Table double-booked the restaurant yesterday, which caused long waits. We were there about 10 minutes early but weren't seated until 4:40 for a 4:00 reservation.

    This place ruined the MOTHER'S DAY for three mothers. Reservations were made weeks ago for our mother's special day, my wife's special day and the special day of my wife's mother. We arrived at 3:50 for our reservation of 4:00. We checked in and we were told they were double booked and there were 6 parties before us. The place was packed and we could over hear the disgust of other patrons, as they were told the same thing. I asked the rude hostess if the double booking was done on purpose or by accident. She blamed OpenTable for the double booking and the reservation nightmare. So we were finally seated after an hour and waited another 20 minutes for a server. After placing an order, it took another 40 minutes to receive our food. The waitress failed to maintain our table, as several other employees refilled our drinks. My wife's food was cold, tough and appeared to have been overheated in a microwave. She attempted to eat her mashed potatoes and picked up the entire serving with her fork. The asparagus was yellow/green and tough to chew. Her entire meal was not edible. Another employee arrived at our table, we assumed he was the manager. He asked about the food, the wait and apologized, but again blaming OpenTable for them being overwhelmed. My wife advised she understood the reservation mix up, but that should have nothing to do with serving bad food. She did not want any further menu items offered. I ordered the pork chops, they were very dry, but edible. I was embarrassed, my wife was embarrassed and this restaurant should be embarrassed. This is not good business.

    Made reservations for 4:00 pm, arrived a few minutes early and was told there were 15 reservations ahead of me waiting to be seated. We were not seated for another 90 minutes and it was in a separate room from the dining area. We sat there another 20 minutes before I decided to get up and ask the Hostess if they had anyone that was going to wait on us. More time passed and I finally asked if they were going to send a server into the room or if we should just leave. They sent someone a few minutes later and he did a very good job and the food was ok, but the entire meal was ruined by the absolute disregard for their customers. Clearly they overbooked the reservations. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

    Mother’s Day they were over booked and understaffed very poorly for a professional restaurant. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back. The food took longer taking it less tasteful.

    We made reservations for five about two weeks prior to Mother’s Day. We pulled up to see crowds of people waiting outside. There was a line to the hostess stand. When we finally reached the hostess, dressed in an outfit that looked like she was going to an exercise class, she told us she would call us when our table was ready (as she rubbed her temple and made it clear we were annoying for showing up for our reservation). More than 70 minutes later, we were seated. We waited another 15 minutes before anyone approached our table. The servers were among the nicer of the employees. The hostesses, not so much. We ordered as soon as Hershel came to the table. We waited another 35-40 minutes before we received our lukewarm food. My steak had a hair in the Gorgonzola crust. The mashed potatoes were room temperature. I received 4 asparagus. On a positive note, the valet service outside (not associated specifically with Brio) was wonderful. The guys were efficient and friendly and gave each of us a rose. I get that it was a busy holiday but don’t even take reservations if you cannot even get close to honoring the time. We had to cancel our original plans for afterwards because we weren’t even served our food yet. I heard several around us saying the same.
