There is a bad smell as you enter the restaurant. Also, the past few times I have been there the food has not been good.

We had an excellent dining experience at Brio last night. In the last year, staffing has been an issue and service has been OK but not always stellar. Yesterday, our server William, who is also the bartender, couldn't have been more hard working, pleasant and on top of every detail for his many customers. Our food was excellent as always, but the service we received was the highlight.

It was a very forgettable dinner. We haven't dined at Brio for quite a long time and were really looking forward to it. I remember past meals being tasty and fresh. Unfortunately it is no longer like that. We ordered the Truffle Garlic Toast with Ricotta app and there were little mozzarella chunks that had a strange plasticky texture partially melted on the crostini. There was no truffle at all and the ricotta had no taste at all. The entrees were also sub-par. I had the Limon Chicken and it looked like they drenched the chicken in french toast batter (really thick egg taste). My wife had the Sausage Rigatoni Arrabiata and the sausage was mushy. Drinks were fine, but service was really slow for a restaurant that was nearly empty. Disappointing is the best way to put it. We won't be going back.

Air was broken, server smelled like cigarettes. 2 oz of lobster in the lobster fettuccine. Lamb chip was undercooked. Damon was great and risotto was really good but a bit salty

Food was overpriced and mediocre. Their lunch menu is very limited. Our server was fine but seemed very disinterested even though the place was empty.

It was way too warm in there, food was mediocre and way overpriced. It seemed more run down than the last time I was there. Would not go back. Would rather go to the Olive Garden!
