What a delightful evening. We were greeted warmly by Receptionist, verified our reservation and seated. A very nice waitress arrived, took our drink order and brought bread to table. Gave our order, it was delivered and was very good looking. It tasted just as good as it looked. Every time we visit Brio's in Naples, we are never dissatisfied, we leave with smiles on our faces and looking forward to a return. Could not have asked for a better evening

Restaurant was mostly empty - server was nice but absent for too long - I am sure she has too many tables to care for- Bathroom had NO toilet paper in the ladies stall- Food was fine- not great - Portions were huge - which is good for sharing Bread was good

We normally enjoy going to Brio, but the last few visits have been disappointing. Both times the service was poor. Here is a list of things last night. 1: Restaurant was empty but 4 hostess' made us wait 15 minutes until an outdoor table was cleaned. 2: They ran out of kids menus and made us wait another 15 minutes to go print one. 3: Waiter disappeared for long intervals and kept forgetting to bring me salad dressing for my meal. 4: A couple next to us decided to take a loud facetime call in middle of the restaurant. No one working there asked them to do this outside. Overall, it is a nice location with good food. But the service drop off has been noticeable. They are close to losing us as normal customers.

It seemed like our food was left in the window for a while. My steak was good but the veggies were completely dried out. I tried to ask for a sauce, oil anything to try to add flavor. Same with my mom’s pasta. It took our server so long to come around to us while we watched everyone else getting their orders who were sat after us. There were lots of little bugs flying around and we managed to killed a few. One landed in my food before I got it. I understand that we live in Florida and bugs get inside, it just seemed at an excessive amount. Overall it just seemed that our server was over stretched and had a large section to herself. I know everyone has off days and holidays are extra crazy, but it just didn’t seem to be the same quality as we have experienced in the past.

The food was amazing. Unfortunately I believe we had a newly, untrained waiter. It really hampered our dining experience on Mother's day. He certainly tried but he looked so lost. I actually got up and filled out waters. Manager did come visit us and comped our dinners because of a whole other issue but as far as food and ambiance? A big 10 will definitely go back. Stuff happens and waiters will mess up. It's life, Caeser the manager made it right so we will be back really soon! The raviolis were sic

Very nice restaurant. Super busy because it’s Mother’s Day. Our server tried to be attentive but he was so busy. We are an easy party to serve, so it was fine. Portion sizes were good, not overly large. We cleaned our plates. Every meal that was served was delicious. Tiramisu is divine. Large enough portion to share. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
