Disappointing experience for Mother’s Day. We waited almost two hours past the reservation time to get only part of our dinner. I understand the team was understaffed but there was no explanation, no apology, and not even bread or crackers while we waited. Appetizers never arrived. We should have just left after waiting the first hour after being seated.

I trust this was an anomaly, because it was Mother's Day, but the place was an absolute train wreck. We got seated 50 minutes past our reservation time, and did not see a server for 15 minutes more. The service was really terrible, admittedly by all involved, with sincere apologies from some really nice people. Things were forgotten, mixed up, delayed. The bruschetta sampler was EXCELLENT. The lasagna was great, as was the shrimp and scallops risotto. The chicken marsala was WAY overcooked, but other than that the food was really quite good. They ran out of bread (by 7pm). Tables remained uncleared for more than an hour. Patrons were leaving in disgust. Clearly a bad day and presumably due to a severe shortage of help, or some seriously poor planning. We are chasing this up to an oddity and not a habit, as Brio usually meets all expectations.

We had a dinner reservation on Mother’s Day for 6pm. We walked in at 5:55 and had to wait 15 minutes to even get up to the hostess stand to let them know we were there. One hostess was on the phone and the other one disappeared and never came back. Once we were checked in we waited another 30 minutes to be seated. We took a seat at the bar to grab a drink while we waited but no one came over to ask us if we wanted a drink until 10 min later when my husband got up and walked to the other end of the bar to get the bartender looking on his phone. So 45 min after our reservation time we finally get seated. We sit and wait another 20 minutes at our table before we kindly ask another tables waitress if she knows who our server is. She looks around puzzled and said “I’m really busy but I can probably handle your table of 3”. She was very kind and took care of us, despite having a large party next to us. I understand it was Mother’s Day and it’s a busy day for all restaurants but I can tell you I would never choose to come back here if you want to sit back and enjoy a night out with your family. It seemed very chaotic and unorganized and was not a great experience unfortunately.

Well we have been to this location on other days but this visit was on Mothers Day with a reservation at 6pm. Did not get seated until 7:10pm and then did not even see a server until 7:40pm and finally got our meal at about 8:15pm. It was complete chaos. One of the hostesses was crying. The few servers they had were frazzled and the manager was completely unapologetic and did not even check on us. Several people that came after us just got up and left. Lesson learned do not go here on Mothers Day. This was the first time we experienced this level of poor service at this establishment.

1:00 reservation, seated about 1:15. Ordered drinks and calamari and our meal.When we finally got the calamari it was lukewarm. We finally left at 3:00 and never received the entrees we ordered. The server told us the kitchen was backed up. Very disappointing experience.

Had a noon reservation. Sat within 10 minutes. Waited over an hour and half for food which we never were served. My daughter had to catch a flight so we had to leave. This place has a real problem with organization and serving people in the order they arrived. Save your money and stay home. Mother’s Day was ruined. Thanks

This was a very disappointing meal. We had reservations, but had to wait about 20 minutes after we got there even though the restaurant was VERY obviously nowhere near full. Our drink orders came quickly enough, but other than the appetizer, our food orders took forever. And when the food finally did come out, everybody's order was cold, and one order was wrong. Let's just say we won't be going back again anytime soon.

Kitchen was slow is the biggest complaint that we have. The food was good. Some of it had been under heat lamps too long.

Had reservations but had to wait about 10 minutes still. Food was fine. This is our second time there - wait staff was nice but not great service for what you pay. Not super attentive - multiple times with empty drinks, didn’t check in often, etc. When we made reservations also put in that it was a special occasion (40th birthday), and this was not acknowledged at all.

We are Brio fans and will be back, however, it was disappointing that French toast with berries was sans blueberries due to the supply being frozen. The Chicken Milanese was great as always.

We were able to get a same day reservation and were seated within 10 minutes. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and open. It was a busy night so the service was a tad slow, but our waitress was very friendly. The food quality was good! The calamari was delicious :)

My husband and I went in to celebrate his birthday. After our meal we ordered a Tiramisu to share. The chef came back from the kitchen to inform us they were out of Tiramisu but we could pick something else off the menu and it would be his treat. At first we picked the Creme brûlée and then quickly changed it to the Carmel cheesecake. He ended up giving us both desserts on the house. It was so kind, and beyond delicious. Every time we go to this restaurant, it's a wonderful experience.

The food was not as good as when it first opened. We had lasagna. Drinks weren't made right. I’m sure everyone is struggling to find people, but it will be a while before we go back to Brio—a lot of money for food and drinks that were disappointing.

We have been to several Brio's across Ohio and this one in Liberty Center was by far the best tasting. Compliments to the kitchen! Everything was delicious, seasoned well, and didn't take too long. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

We made dinner reservations for five, including my mother, who requires a walker. Our reservations were for 615 and we arrived by 6:05 PM. Our table was not ready until 645 and there was nowhere to sit for my mother. When we did get our table, the server was perfectly pleasant and the meal was satisfactory. I have been to this location several times, and the food is typically extraordinary, when I took my mother to the restroom facilities, there were a group of five young ladies under 20 years old, standing in the restroom, charging their cellular phones and blocking all restrooms. We attempted to get into the handicap restroom, and they had no interest in accommodating. I did comment to one of the staff at the front end And my concerns were not heard. I felt like I was at a restaurant/bar for 20 something not a fine dining establishment. Highly disappointed.

Had a 6:45 PM reservation didn't get seated until 7:30, service was slow because the restaurant was full. Food was good and we would go back probably not on a weekend again though.

The filets were good. Appetizers lamb chops and shrimp with eggplant were not worth the price. Lamb chops were over cooked. Shrimp with eggplant had a weird sauce.

Great service. Great food. We had the best lobster bisque! So good! The mushroom ravioli is superb! Highly recommend. One of our favorite local restaurants now.

Food was good but not great. Ordered chicken marsala with spaghetti and they left the sauce off of the spaghetti. By the time I got it everything was just warm. Wife had Brio house pasta and it was good. Had tiramisu and cappuccino for dessert and both of them were very good. With one glass of wine our bill was $85

We had our valentine’s date and availed of the Valentine’s day menu. we are pleased with the food and fast service. It was filling but also a bit pricey.

Great choice for a memorable meal. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Super high ceilings and open atmosphere but doesn't feel crowded or like you're having a meal with others outside your table/booth. Great for mini-occasions like Mother's Day, report card celebrations, etc.,

Was seated quickly by a friendly hostess. The restaurant seemed busy but not overwhelmingly so. We then waited over 15 minutes with a multitude of servers passing by us, or talking amongst themselves. Then, we saw others that arrived after us get seated and waited on while we never were welcomed or asked for drinks. Nothing. Feeling this would be a precursor to the rest of the dining experience, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. We told the hostess we were leaving, and she offered a kind apology, and we left.

Great time with family! Overall fabulous experience with infant and gluten free in our party. Both can be challenging alone and our waiter, Ricardo, was awesome!! Food was delicious…..we had Brio Pasta; Salmon Fresca; Calamari and Chicken Marsala! Drinks were yummy and the ambience was nice!

The Calamari was not good at all. It was really disappointing and tasted like rubber. The Pasta Brio was very good as well as the Salmon Salad. Very Nice Atmosphere and the restaurant was very beautiful!

Service was slow. The bar had no tonic, so limited on drinks.

Waitress was very friendly. I split a meal and she was gracious to split the bill as well. Had the Ala Vodka pasta and it was delicious w/a chopped salad.
