Abraham was amazing! Not the same since they changed corporate ownership. I've literally been coming here more than a dozen times a year for the last 12 years. Abraham—ask for him. He's amazing. Very kind, very sweet, very personal. Wonderful guy.

Fantastic service by all of the team. The air conditioning wasn’t working very well and the restaurant did have 2 big units blowing in cooler air. It helped but still warm. What used to be amazing food here was just average. Seems like more of a chain restaurant taste to it. The prices surprised me the most. The crackers that used to come out with a bread basket were only available if they were out of bread for the day or for purchase of $2 for 4 crackers. The bread that was served for 3 people to share was a very small portion of a small loaf with a pat of butter. We opted for 2 premium sides and an antipasti item along with desserts. A steak dinner is over $50 and even a chicken and vegetables entree was over $30. Even just plain tomato pasta sauce with spaghetti was $19. The cheesecake was good and generous for $10. The warm chocolate cake didn’t have much chocolate flavor to it, but the presentation was lovely.

We were greeted right away and led to a booth. The waiter came up right away and our food came out in a timely manor. We tend to eat fast so he was attentive and filled our water glasses many times. My salad was wonderful, my husbands lobster bisque was very good and the calamari made a great appetizer. He asked about dessert. We paid our check and left. Great experience as always.

We had not been to Brio in a few years and have had great experiences in the past. This one not so much. The restaurant was so hot! We asked our waiter about it and he said the AC hadn’t been working right for a few days. It only gets hotter in Vegas….Our waiter was lovely and got our party of 6 drinks and water right away. We ordered carpaccio & a chopped salad to start; chicken Marsala, two different pastas and a steak salad. The Marsala was cold & tough, the pastas bland. The stand out was the steak salad. We’ll not be back.

The air conditioning was not working The chicken was very dry. By keeping the doors open when it’s in the 90’s you cared more about profits than money people. I should have been sent and email or text letting me know about the air. This was birthday dinner and it was the worst experience ever

We are locals and went out to dinner for a friend’s birthday. The air was out and we were not notified by the host when we checked in for our reservation, it was 105 degrees outside. The main restaurant area wasn’t terrible, but still uncomfortable. However, they set us in the far back room and it was unbearable. The manager Jonathan was no help and extremely rude about the whole situation. He had customer service. These locals will definitely not return to this location.
