We had a reservation for 5.30pm and we arrived 15 minutes early. The place was empty and they made us wait 10 minutes to prepare our table. The food was mediocre best! It was expensive for basic Italian. Ragazza & Bella Napoli have far superior food at similar and cheaper prices. Won’t be going back. With a party of 11 it cost $350, $35 a head with no appetizer, no drinks and 2 deserts and 2 kids meals. A rip off.

We’ve been long time customers of Brio. This visit it appeared to have really gone downhill. The first impression was menus laying all over the check in stand, cleaning products and the girl checking everyone in didn’t appear to be trained real well. There wasn’t clean silverware. We had to wait for it to be cleaned. Our waitress did a good job with what she had to work with. Just seemed chaotic and unkept.

We had reservations for Mother's Day at 12:30pm. Did not have to wait long to be seated. Service was very poor. Took 1.5 hours to get our food. Balcony view was the best part of the meal. Food was ok. Might return when not a major event.

Our reservation was for 12p. We got our food at almost 2p. Severely understaffed for Mother's Day. Management needs to better understand their staff's limits and not put staff and customers in that position. Terrible experience, ruined Mother's Day.

Let me start by saying our waitress was wonderful, kind, and attentive. Our issue was with the absolute unprofessionalism of the manager. Apparently he is new to the restaurant management role at Brio, and clearly lacking in training and kindness. During our Mother’s Day lunch my sister, and best friend received a very small portion (almost child size) of the pasta alla vodka. All of the other dishes that came out were your expected serving. It appeared as though they had split the dish between two plates. When she asked to speak with the manager, our waitress was incredibly kind and made sure to go grab him. He approached our table and after assuring her it was supposed to be that size, came back with more pasta in a bowl that he scooped into my sister’s plate. My sister, who was taking a photo of her dish to show her husband, was asked “is this is going on socials to say we are cheap with our pasta?” In absolute shock, she responded “no, I was taking a picture to show my husband, it wasn’t going to be weird until you chose to make it weird.” This was never the intention, however, with the unnecessary comments and what continued after, I felt it important to share. Post “scooping” he walked about 12 feet from the table to the serving station and proceeded to gossip about our table and what was just said to my sister. I informed our table about what was happening, and about 3 of us made eye contact with him. He then proceeds to come back to the table and say with a less than pleasant tone, “Did you need something else? I saw you all looking over at me.” My sister responded “I don’t, do you need something?” It was an absolute bummer to our Mother’s Day brunch and I would not be able to recommend Brio for your special moments. Absolutely heartbroken that the 3 moms were exposed to such unpleasant behavior and one of them was treated with absolute disrespect. A manager should NEVER treat a guest like that and should prioritize tact. Just disgusted

Although there was not many tables occupied and having reservations they were placing everyone near the kitchen. We could barely hear each other. As one of 6 adults squeezed into a booth said I was no claustrophobic before this but am now. Food was fine but skimpy on portions for size. That may not have been an issue expect everything else note. One family walked away when the hostess cwpuldny accommodate a larger table away from the kitchen.
