Victor was great a server, very attentive and polite. The only complaint was being seated in an outdoor table that had been moved indoors and paired with folding chairs. When asked to be moved to a booth, my party was told by a host that those were for parties with a reservation, even though we did have a reservation. Food quality was okay, larger portions than expected. Unfortunately, never got the second helping of bread that was offered.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of food on Mother's Day. The server, Justin, was attentive, friendly and did a good job. One nit - the oven was not working so we could not order our first choice for my son. I found that a bit inconvenient given that this was the most busy day of the year, Mother's Day. I don't know how something that big gets unresolved by management, especially for a holiday as busy as this one.

Had a reservation however table was not ready and had to sit and wait for half hr. Once seated bread was brought to table but plates were not. We had to ask for them. Food was good, flavorful. They have to retrain for service though.

The food was overpriced and very small portions. The noise levels were loud and annoying. The chicken Marsala was absolutely prepared incorrectly; I come from an Italian family and could immediately recognize that their preparation was incorrect. All they did was was grill chicken breast and pour Marsala sauce on it. Real Chicken Marsala is breaded and cooked and simmered in a pan with the Marsala wine & Sherry. The calamari was rubbery and bland. The service was ok, but the food took a long time to come out. Probably won’t return

The food was excellent definitely stepped it up since last time i have been there. There still have a great espresso martini. The steak medallions were excellent. All the staff was wearing Easter bunny ears which was festive. Very nice server.

Need a few lower priced apps or small plates. People like to nosh. My gorgonzola Campanelle needed a bit more flavor & gorgonzola, but everything else was excellent; food & service.:)

This restaurant is very well run. Great menu selection, phenomenal food and very pleasant service - not too attentive, always helpful…just right. The parking in that shopping center is a bit of a variable with so many other popular places to choose from, but it was so worth it!!

Our server Kat was amazing! She is friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and made some good suggestions. The food is good, nothing outstanding. Again, service was excellent.

Everything was outstanding. The meals were delicious. I ordered the shrimp and lobster fettuccine, but would have enjoyed it more if there was lobster in my meal. There were two tiny pieces throughout my whole meal.

BRIO continues to be a very nice dining experience. Service was excellent & our server was quite attentive to our needs. Lobster bisque & salads to start were great. Pasta alla vodka with shrimp was an excellent dish. Grilled Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes was ok as the chicken breasts were little over cooked & asparagus was not good at all. We will definitely return to BRIO and order something different than the Marsala dish next time

Some of the worst service I’ve ever received from a restaurant. Update- we had to go back the next day because the waiter added $10 to his tip. NEVER GO HERE.

Our server Jaylin was superb. Kind, communicative, helpful. Just a true delight. Food was good and plentiful. We love coming here for family gatherings with each of us far from each other.

The waitress brought us the wrong wine. She didn’t know the difference between Pinot Grigio and Pinot noir. A restaurant should train their staff to know the difference especially when liquor is the more expensive part of the meal. I remember when managers would go table to table to ask how the dining experience was. Today, managers didn’t come around when they should’ve. The chicken Milanese had a rubbery texture unlike real chicken. It tasted like institutional quality. It was horrible. Also, the side spaghetti was clumped together from not being stirred. I mentioned my disappointment to the waitress who I thought would relay my response to the manager but no manager came over. I did notice two non uniform persons standing by the food/kitchen counter taking selfies. We always depended on going to Brio for a reliable meal but I will not be returning. I don’t think the corporate staff will go back to real food if prices stay high.

Came for a dinner with family before they left for flight to go back home after spending the holidays together. We had such a great time. The food was delicious and they even sat us in a private room ( we were a group of 10). Our server was very attentive. Thank you for helping us have a memorable last evening together as family!

We needed a late night bite to eat and our server was very kind to us but he wasn’t feeling well, Sergi… They also ran out of bread but they were very nice to us and gave us some kind of giant pita crackers, They were crunchy and good with the salad, but not good for dipping with the soup. My friend tried the new mushroom soup special and as always the lobster bisque is wonderful but it also was quite salty. Both soups were. The absolutely perfect dish and absolutely perfect sauce is the mushroom ravioli, the Dibello!!! WOW!! Also, completely outstanding, we always get the strawberry balsamic grape tomatoes with grapes and candied pecans, with shrimp instead of chicken… It’s absolutely perfect! Thank you for a great quick dinner at 9:45 PM last night… A nice little break to our Christmas light extravaganza… happy holidays!
