The chopped salad consisted of the core and brown lettuce that was not fresh. The lasagna was burnt. I’ve eaten here dozens of times and this meal was the worst I have ever had. So disappointing.

My server was so rude that because of that experience I will never go to Brios again. I sure it doesn't matter but if it happens enough time others will not visit you establishment.

Food was not as good as it had been before. Took an hour for food, and it was overcooked. Gave us some dessert, which was okay. Will give them another chance.

Been there many time this was one of the better trips it was a weekday so maybe staff was less stressed because they were great

Food was not up to Brio standards. Salad contained brown lettuce. Chicken Milanese was as hard as cardboard. Fettuccine noodles were old the noodles hard.

We waited over 15 minutes to get our drinks served. In the meantime we ask for water which never came bread was never served. My soup came out lukewarm with my husbands entree when asked if we had everything we needed had to explain I never received my main course. When we did get our cocktails. It tasted warm and like water had to be sent back to be remade which was a long wait once again. This used to be our favorite place but now it just keeps disappointing us each time.

Unfortunately, the girl had just not had enough training. We asked them to bring our salads Out first. we sat there and waited and waited our salads and asked again for them. Yes, we got our salads and our entrées, almost simultaneously.
