Once again you overbooked. I recommend you put a 2 hr limit on tables. Yep lots of nice high end highly sought after reservations come with little caveat. Needless to say - we left after 45 minutes without eating! That sucked!

I wasn’t really impressed with Brio. Only took 40 minutes to get a glass of wine. I didn’t feel like the food was seasoned very well. Even the tiramisu flavors tasted very bland. Over an hour to get the entrees. Not sure I would go back.

I know Mothers Day is a busy day but why bother with reservations if you still have to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Once seated, it took another 25 minutes before we saw our waiter and the drinks and lunch service was another wait of 20 and 40 minutes respectively. My pasta was stuck together and not cooked properly and the chicken was tough and dry. Definitely not the experience we had desired. Don’t over book reservations because it was a lose/lose for everyone involved.

A different restaurant canceled our reservation at the last minute, and it was Mother’s Day, so I assumed that we wouldn’t find a good alternate. I was wrong! Brio turned out to be a great choice. The food was good, and the service was pretty solid, despite how busy they were. I am one grateful daughter!

Took my mom and family for Mother's Day. Excellent food and a nice atmosphere. Got a little loud toward the end but that's to be expected on Mother's Day. Great experience!

As always, the food options were great and quality exceptional. Only wish that the menu offered pasta with Alfredo sauce.

Food was good and the place is nice. Our service was slow and a bit inattentive. Everything just took a while to get. Everything from having a server, getting bread and even the check.

Your restaurant has one of the best managers I have encountered. My son and his family joined us for Easter lunch. As our food was being prepared my son and I were discussing how much attention to detail the manager was giving. He personally delivered table set up to various locations, asked customers about their experience and took pride in the restaurant. Food was excellent, but our particular server dropped the ball several times. When brought to the managers attention he did what he said. He delivers our bill himself with a very deep discount. Something else to my shock he lined out the tip line. I asked, do you not want me to tip? He said NO! We will take care of that internally. If you work at Brio’s learn from this man. He will make you a better employee.

For the most part everything was fine, but our food was super salty. In hindsight, we should have sent it back. One of our dishes was almost inedible. Service was fine.

We always enjoy when we can sit on the beautiful patio at Brios. Had bruschetta, spinach dip and chopped salad as apps. Entrees were crusted medallions of steak , lamb and pasta. All very good!

Our server was very kind and personable, but the restaurant was busy for a Friday night, and he had many tables, so we didn’t see him often, and there were lengthy gaps between when we did see him. We had a 6:30 reservation for our party of 9, but we didn’t order entrees until probably 7 or 7:15, and then it took quite some time for the food to come out. The food was good…not phenomenal, but good (and not piping hot, so was likely delayed coming out). By no means were we angry over the delayed service or quality of food. I think this is a good restaurant that was likely understaffed for the evening, which isn’t uncommon these days.

Ordered Valintines special. My wife and I chose Lobster Shrimp Fettuccine. Could not have been better. Server wanted out night to be right. Manager was attentive to all tables and even helped when needed.

Service was not good at all. We were ignored for a good 20 minutes. I had to get my own menus and then silverware/napkins after we were eventually given bread & butter but no cutlery (even before water). We nearly left. Then we were charged for bread crisps. Everything we needed to ask for took extremely long. Luckily our chicken eventually came & was good.

Unfortunately this time around, I was very disappointed with the food,( nothing came out correctly from the kitchen ), service was ok, but it took about 30 min and only after we got really upset, for a waitress to get to our table. Not sure I’ll give it another chance, for sure NOT on a weekend!! They are very understaffed for the size of this restaurant!!! Used to be so good :(

Went in not knowing what to expect and was immediately disappointed. Server didn’t check on us or refill waters, and never asked if we wanted another glass of wine when ours were empty for 30 minutes. She took forever to bring the check and instead of picking it up once it was obviously ready, she passed our table multiple times to clean up empty tables. Her priorities and steps of service weren’t lined up. Food was bleh. The lasagna was sad - basically all cheese. We don’t plan to come back. Not worth it.

Food was just ok - way overpriced in my opinion. Much prefer Maggianos taste compared to Brio. Service was excellent though and noise level was perfect

Brio never fails to deliver an exquisite dining experience! The service was impeccable, the food luscious. Their carpaccio is second to none. The pasta Brio, with chicken and peppers was to die for. Though doing double duty at the bar and waiting our table our service was perfect!

Chopped salad was very good as usual but the addition of yellow bell peppers wasn’t necessary. The Chicken Limone had good flavor but was soggy. The mashed potatoes tasted artificial. The broccolini was unremarkable. The bread was so chewy that my lunch companion remarked “be careful…you could break a tooth”. Our server was pleasant but obviously new. He definitely needed a more experienced server or manager to shadow him.

When we went there was a lady next to us who was super loud, not that it was the resturants fault it just made the experience a little less enjoyable. The Salmon Fresca was really good, we got the lasagna and didn't know it was made with sausage, we do not like sausage and our server let us get something else instead. Which she did not have to do, she wasn't super attentive to us though, we had to ask for refills of water when needed, she was more concentrated on the other groups.

My friends and I had a lovely time at Brio on Christmas Day. Our server, Logan, was wonderful. She took excellent care of us and apologized when some things took a little longer to get to us because of the crowded restaurant. We will definitely go back.

We sat at the bar to wait for our reservation time and decided to find there. Took our drink order and it was 45 min before we were acknowledged again. We ordered an appetizer that came out timely and then we ordered the entrees. One was not what we ordered and the lasagna had an over bearing pice that ruined the already cold dish. Asked for Parmesan and it was brought out AFTER we were finished. Extremes short staffed and needed help in this area immensely. The attendant did refund my dish that was completely wrong and we paid for the other and came home and ate something else. Not a good experience at all

Very friendly staff. We got seated right away, got our drink order and appetizers ordered right away. Bread was ok not great like I expected. Food was hot and good. Our waiter held the entrees until we finished our appetizers. No pressure good service good food.
