Very disappointed. We had reservations for Mother’s Day having dined here before and having a great time I wanted to go back. The server said there was no drink menu and we could basically order what we wanted, last time there was a lovely cocktail menu he said he didn’t know why. We ordered and 45 minutes later we still didn’t have our starter salads that we ordered. Our server finally came over to see if we were ok when I asked him for our salads that we had not received yet. He brought them out only for it to be followed by meals for 2-of the 4 in our party…the 2 with salads. The 2 of us without meals or salads sat there without our meals, one came out 8 min later and mine was another 5 or so. So 2 people that kindly waited had cold food, while my pancakes you could tell sat under a heat lamp that the top one was crusty and the syrup had a film on top and so I knew I was simply just forgotten about. No apologies from anyone. This was not the experience I was hoping for, for my celebration. We had planned to get dessert but instead of being offered we were handed the bill. Definitely not the service or standard expected for $148 for 4 people.

They were out of steak, fish, and all draft beer. My wine had floating black specks. There was a lot of construction going on. We left after appetizers. Disappointed but makes for a good story.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Brim House on a Thursday night. The food was excellent and our server, Connor, was great. We each ordered a cocktail and the portion was generous. Had filet mignon with asparagus and squares of potatoes--everything delicious and perfectly cooked. The restaurant provided free dessert because it was our anniversary--lemon and blueberry torte. It was very light and tasty. Afterward, we went up the elevator to the 12th floor to visit The Heights for an after-dinner drink and to see the view. They had a firepit going. All-in-all a very nice anniversary evening.

It took a while beyond our reservation time to be seated. Service was quite slow. Our check was placed on the table without ever being offered more coffee or any desert.

We went for Easter Brunch which was a new menu for that day only. It was very good and had special mimosas too. We will definitely eat there again.

The food and drinks are absolutely the best and very delicious. I most definitely will be returning my next visit to Toledo.

We really enjoyed our brunch at Brim House. The view of the river is really nice. Our server, Connor, gave us great service. The vegan tacos were very well seasoned and the Rueben Benedict was amazing and so creative. Thanks for a great time!

Went to eat for my wife’s birthday. Her steak was amazing, it just melted in your mouth. My chefs pick for the fish was just as good. The cod fell apart in my mouth and had a great mix of flavors to it. Service was top notch, my wife’s steak was overcooked before it came out and they gave us a free order of duck fat fries, glass of wine for my wife, and beer for me. It was our first time dining there and I have a feeling we will be back!

A surprisingly good meal with attentive service. Not what I expected from a hotel restaurant. Good value as well.
